In order to achieve the goal of saving straw mushroom production cost of rawmaterials, reducing the pollution to the environment, the trial add different eryngiiwaste materials on the straw mushroom mycelium and the production, screening therelative suitable concentration of Pleurotus eryngii bacterial chaff which is suitablefor cultivation of straw mushroom; and the effects of different plant growth regulatorson mushroom cultivation of straw mushroom mycelium growth, screened respectiveand appropriate application of concentration range. At the same time studied ofdifferent bacterial chaff treatment methods and different accessories to add on yieldeffect. Hope that through this trial, to provide a reference for how to improve theproduction of waste materials from cultivated straw mushroom. Not only make fulluse of the nutritional content of waste material, but also reduce the cost of strawmushroom production, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of productionof straw mushroom. The results are summarized as follows:1. The addition of appropriate amount of Pleurotus eryngii bacterial chaffconcentration can promote the growth of straw mushroom mycelium.The results indicate that the medium add a certain proportion of Pleurotus eryngiibacterial chaff can be used to the cultivation of straw mushroom, and different eryngiibacterial chaff processing concentration on the effect of straw mushroom myceliagrowth are different. The experiment results showed that treatment of C and CK, Cand D showed significant differences. Compared with the control, adding differentPleurotus eryngii bacterial extract concentration of culture medium, Influence ofgrowth of straw mushroom mycelia are different, with the increasing of theconcentration of bacterial chaff, promoting effect of waste medium on strawmushroom mycelia growth is increasing. When bacterial chaff of medium addedquantity achieved60g/L, the promoting function of straw mushroom myceliumgrowth is greatest; when bacterial chaff of medium added quantity achieved80g/L,the mycelium growth of straw mushroom is inhibited. The higher the concentration ofinhibition of mushroom straw mushroom mycelia growth may be mushroom brancontaining secondary metabolites on straw mushroom mycelium growth inhibitionplays a leading role. When bacterial chaff concentration is higher, growth inhibitionof straw mushroom may be bacterial chaff of the secondary metabolites containsmycelia growth inhibition of straw mushrooms plays a leading role. 2. Appropriate amount of plant growth regulators can promote the bacterial chaffcultivation of straw mushroom mycelium growth.Growth effect of Triacontanol concentration within the range of0.1~1.5mg/Lfor straw mushroom mycelia is significant, mycelia form is dense, white, thick;Triacontanol concentration of4.0mg/L, the grass the speed and vigor of myceliagrowth are to some extent. Waste materials from cultivated mushrooms, addition ofTriacontanol can promote mycelia growth, the Triacontanol use concentration range is0.1to1.5mg/L.Gibberellin concentration of1mg/L,5mg/L, and10mg/L,15mg/L, strawmushroom mycelia growth promotion effect is remarkable, the hyphae form dense,white, thick; When Gibberellin concentration for30mg/L and40mg/L when thereis a certain extent, straw mushroom mycelia growth and growing. Waste materialsfrom cultivated mushrooms, appropriate to add the Gibberellin can promote thegrowth of the mycelia; the use of Gibberellin concentration range is1~15mg/L.3. Different concentrations add eryngii waste materials from the straw mushroommycelium and production.The medium of the different formulations treatment, straw mushroom myceliagrowth and fruiting body production behave differently. Comprehensive bacteriahandle length, bacteria and fungus lid handle thick diameter appearance shape index,treatment2and3processing is good. Mushrooms in the training compound eryngiiwaste materials from different concentrations of biological efficiency of both is betterthan with pure straw, pure waste materials from Straw mushroom yield and biologicalefficiency and deal with the three highest biotransformation rates were as high as35.7%,26.8%.The use of bacterial chaff saves12.63%~62.11%than to use pure straw. Theexperimental results show that the waste materials from nutrients than pure straw useof waste materials from the help the mushrooms growth and development, improveeconomic efficiency. Dry processing of waste materials from the cultivation of straw mushroomproduction better than the fermentation of straw mushroom production.Two different waste materials from processing methods and different accessoriesadd the mushrooms yield, dry processing of waste materials from the cultivation ofstraw mushroom production was significantly better than the fermentation of the straw mushroom production, total production of the two treatments are7866(g/42kgwaste materials from) and7003(g/42kg waste materials from), yield a difference of863(g/42kg waste materials from). Different compared with the control handle totalproduction of accessories formula mushrooms were higher than control as the mainingredient of cultivated mushrooms using waste materials from adding accessoriessuch as wheat bran, rice bran, corn powder, can significantly improve the wastematerials from cultivated mushrooms of production.
