The Tibetan semi-wild wheat was one of unique wheat resources in China. Which had characteristics of strong dormancy, hulled character and brittle rachis, and so on. In this study, it crossed with ZM9023to constructed a280plant strains of F9recombinant inbred lines which were discussed by the analysis of phenotypic traits and QTL with SSR markers. The results indicate that:1. Through the analysis and inspection of data with each traits,78molecular markers were amplified and separation analysis in population. it showed that, this group was a equilibrium group in genetics, and a good group to construct the linkage map.2. The molecular linkage maps were constructed with54molecular markers in3chromosomes of wheat by RIL groups. Then the linkage map contained three linkage groups and40molecular markers. The total length of linkage group was722.24cM, the average genetic distance between marks was19.31cM, and it was distributed in three chromosomes:2A,2B and2D.3. The hulled character of the Tibetan semi-wild wheat is located by QTL composite interval mapping with the constructed map. There are2closes linkage QTL sites related with this traits in chromosomes of2D, the rate of contribution is35.81%. by comparison with hulled character QTL map with Aegilops tausch, it found that, the D genome of the Tibetan semi-wild wheat was offered by Aegilops tausch. However, according to two closed linkage QTL sites of hulled character and the rate of contribution accounted for35.81%, It believed that the gene of Tg may be have a variation with the Tibetan semi-wild wheat.4. We discovered two new QTL sites which control Grain number, the rate of contribution is7.87%and7.54%. We also marked the QTL sites at2A, which is related with grain weight and the weight of a thousand grain, marked the QTL sites at2D, which is related with spikelet number and heading stage.
