Pot experiments were carried out to study the influence of PP333in two varieties of soybean (Daliqing and Taiwan292) on zinc and chromium accumulation and the resistance in different development stages, while soybean seeds and plants were treated with PP333by soaking seed and spraying.Five concentrations of PP333were designed as Omg/L,100mg/L,250mg/L,400mg/L,600mg/L, and the treatment of0mg/L was set as the control. According to the completely randomized experiment, each treament was repeated3times,54pots in total. This study researched the effect of PP333on the contents of zinc and chromium, metabolism during the matural stages of soybean which were treated by two different methods and five differents concentrations. The main results were as follows:1. Treating with PP333, The contents of zinc and chromium in each part of soybean, the available zinc and chromium of rhizospheric soil reduced significantly at the seed filling stage, and the zinc and chromium contents of roots, leaves and stems by the treatment of250mg/L PP333with spraying method were the lowest compared with the control, and at the mature period, the contents of zinc and chromium of seeds were finally the lowest.2. The influences of PP333on contents of zinc and chromium in root nodules were different at the seed filling stage of soybean. The accumulation of zinc and chromium of root nodules were higher with the low concentrations of PP333:with250mg/L spraying PP333, the contents of zinc and chromium in root modules of Daliqing were increased6.31%and14.36%compared with the control, the zinc and chromium contents of Taiwan292were increased6.31%and24.04%; The study showed that the influences of PP333on contents of zinc and chromium in root nodules were decreased with the high concentrations, with600mg/L spraying PP333,the zinc and chromium contents of Daliqing were decreased2.17%and16.87%compared with the control, the content of zinc of Taiwan292were decreased10.11%. The contents of total phosphorus and potassium increased by30%to39%with low concentrations of PP333.This suggested that zinc and chromium contents in root nodules were enhanced which reduced the absorption ofthe soybean plants.3. Applying PP333with250and400mg/L increased the contents of total phosphorus and potassium in roots, leaves and stems at seed filling stage (soaking seed> spraying).4. Soaking seed and spraying PP333significantly changed the enzymatic activity of leaves at seed filling stage. The activity of SOD of Daliqing and Taiwan292were increased19.22%and60.29%compared with the control. The activity of POD were increased25.07%and21.42%with spraying PP333of250mg/L. The contents of MDA were decreased with soaking seed PP333of100and250mg/L, high concentrations increased the contents of MDA instead. The contents of protein, soluble sugar and soluble protein in leaves were increased at first and then decreaced while concentrations of PP333increased. It showed that the physical signs closely related to the different development stages of soybean and different treatments of PP333, and PP333could effectively improve the resistance of leaves in the stressful environment.5.Soaking seed and spraying PP333increased at first and then decreaced the yield of soybean significantly, the highest yield of soybean was treated by250mg/L.The research showed that soaking seed and spraying PP333could increase the soybean metabolism in plants and as well as the accumulations of zinc and chromium in root nodule,while reduce the accumulations of zinc and chromium in plants at the seed filing stage and in seeds at the mature period finally.
