| The leaves and roots of Fraxinus mandschurica, Phellodendron amurense. Juglans mandshurica in Daqinggou and Changbai Mountain was studied. In order to analyzing the response and adaptation of the three kinds of plants in two different habitats, using paraffin section method, and the tools of scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, we observed and measure the leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness, CTR value, cuticle thickness, diameter of the main vein, and the number of chloroplast, starch grains and lipid ball, stomatal density and so on. The results showed that:(1) The leaf thickness, CTR value and the density of the first layer of palisade cell of three kinds of tree in Daqinggou are greater than in Changbai Mountain.(2) The leaves of these three kinds of plant are bifacial leaf. Palisade tissue is composed of1~2layers of cells. Epidermal cell walls of leaves have cuticle that distribute the outer layer in the cell wall. The cuticle of Phellodendron amurense is the thickest and that of Fraxinus mandschurica is thinnest.. And lateral veins of Juglans mandshurica richer than other two kinds of plant.(3) To chloroplast seeming, The chloroplast size of Fraxinus mandschurica in Daqinggou and Changbai Mountain are not differ, But the number of chloroplast of Fraxinus mandschurica in Daqinggou is more than Changbai Mountain, the number of lipid ball of the former is less than the later. The number of chloroplast of Phellodendron amurense in Daqinggou is less than Changbai Mountainand chloroplast size, The number of starch grains and lipid ball is consistent. The chloroplast of Juglans mandshurica in Changbai mountain presents a shape of runner, and the long axis and short axis ratio is2.35:1. The number of starch grains and lipid ball of Juglans mandshurica is consistent.(4)Observation of leaf epidermis structure of three kind trees showed that the epidermal cells of them are irregular. and the edge of cell present a shape of wavy. Fraxinus mandschurica in Daqinggou have the longest axis and the largest of stomata density. In order to give the feature of small and thickening. Juglans mandshurica have a forked or branching shape of epidermal hair. (5) After observed the roots microstructure of Fraxinus mandschurica,Phellodendron amurense. Juglans mandshurica in Daqinggou and Changbai Mountain, we can received that the ratio of xylem is smaller of Fraxinus mandschurica in Daqinggou than Changbai mountain. There are some substances in parenchyma cells and phloem. |
