In order to increase nitrogen utilization ratio and improve nitrogen’s applied effect in agriculture, mineral acid and neutral salt that effect to the content of water-soluble humic acid in different concentration, temperature and activation time in lignite, using the activation lignite coated urea. Study on the effect of slow release in different binder types, concentration, dosage, wrapped parameters, wrapped thickness, by the immersion test and the soils with leaching experiment, draw the following results:1. The mineral acid (sulfuric acid) and neutral salt (ammonium sulfate) can both increase the content of water-soluble humic acid in lignite. As activator concentration and activation temperature increase, as while as the extension of activate time, in certain activator concentration range, the content of water-soluble humic acid in lignite shoes a increasing trend.2. HYJ is an ideal binder to the lignite parcel urea,36%is optimum concentration, the amount of the HYJ is60ml for50g urea, the thickness is100percent of the fertilizer quality, when2-4g Water-soluble humic acid is included In the1kg coal, he coated Urea has the best result.3. Obtained the appropriate package fertilizer manufacturing technology and the time for30min, inclination to35degrees, speed50r/min.4. Soil column leaching experiments shows that the cumulative leaching rate of coated Urea reach100%in30th experiment and the cumulative leaching rate of Urea reach100%in12th experiment.5. wheat germination experiments show that the coated fertilizer has less poison effect than the urea.
