The heat pipe technology and solar assisted ground source heat pump system(SAGSHPs)are applied to the turtle culture. The green renewable energy——solar energy and shallow geothermal energy is used to replace the traditional boiler heating. A corresponding scale aquaculture wastewater heat recovery system and solar assisted ground source heat pump heating system are designed and constructed according to the characteristics and needs of the turtle cultivation. And corresponding automatic control system and data acquisition system are equipped. According to the data from the test, we could analysis the performance of the heating system based on the energy consumption of the system.The test of the aquaculture wastewater heat recovery system included the time that heat transfer reach balance and heat exchanger efficiency to further optimize and automated testing and running. And ultimately making the system applied to practical production.The analysis of the solar assisted ground source heat pump heating system is through the real-time monitoring data including temperature, flow and other parameters of the major equipment and the circulation line as well as the outdoor meteorological parameters and surface water temperature. The performance of the system is evaluated by the efficiency of the solar collectors and COP of the heat pumps according thermodynamic analysis methods. And a detailed analysis of three typical conditions of system operation is carried out in three different working days.The results show that, heat pipe heat exchanger can get better effect when it runs for5hours. The equivalent thermal conductivity of a heat pipe is up to121586W/(K-m). The solar collector has a high efficiency, the daily average collector efficiency is up to44.92%and the daily average power is up to65.34kW. The GSHPs has a good energy saving effect. The COP of one water source heat pump unit is3.33and double is3.11.At the same time, a large number of meteorological data and surface water temperature data are accumulated. It can offer the basic reference for the matching of surface water heat exchanger and the surface water volume.Finally the result is beneficial for getting in-depth understanding about the characteristics of the SAGSHPs and better combination between the greenhouse and renewable energy heating system. The application of renewable energy in agricultural engineering is explored and the result could provide reference for the rational design and widely promotion of the system in the future.
