Dairy Farm Job Skills Training System Design And Development

In order to satisfy the general requirements of the national talent development strategy,this paper described the necessary, feasibility, and advantage of the development of digitaldairy farm job skills training system on the application of modern educational technologybased on the background and trends of the development of animal husbandry and dairyindustry.Based on the importance of jobs, digital dairy farm job skills training system selects theprofessional skill of four positions which include animal technician, veterinary technician,artificial insemination members, and milkers as the target positions. Finally, this paper analyzed the restrictingfactors of the system in practical application and provided specific solutions for improvingconstruction of infrastructural facilities of network, enhancing combination of training incomputer operation and practical skills.By applying the system for the training for schools and businesses：1. It can provides an effective way to improve the dairy farm job skills training effect,2. which is conductive to resolving the difficulties and differences in conditions ofproductive training, teachers, etc., minimizing the adverse effects on the production,promoting the spreading and application of quality teaching resources, and satisfying theusers’ life-long and personalized learning needs.3.
