On the basis of three-stage curing, consider the characteristics of G80varieties in Liuyang tobacco area, three new curing processes had been established by setting different curing temperature, humidity and time. In order to explore the suitable of these3curing processes, provide the basis of certain scientific theories on improve the supporting intensive curing technology, tobacco dehydration characteristics, changes in the pigments, carbohydrates and other inclusions, differences of appearance quality, energy and economic efficiency had been researched in this paper. The main research results are as follows:1. On the basis of flue-cured tobacco three-step curing process, through a combination of tobacco curing process parameter diagnosis index adjustment, obtained in the process of curing, flue-cured tobacco G80period of yellowing and color fixing stage stripped water mainly from tobacco leaf tissue, Stem-dring stage leaves off water from the main vein.T2processing namely the temperature wet curing tobacco leaf midrib, water loss rate is relatively slower, whole leaf water loss speed was slower. The curing process of tobacco leaf fresh and dry than has the certain influence in different parts, different treatments showed differences, some reached significant level.2. Different curing process handling within0-48h degradation of chlorophyll content of tobacco leaves a large amount of different handle different parts of the tobacco leaf chlorophyll degradation rate and the maximum rate of degradation time period; Curing conducted to48h, chlorophyll content stabilized degradation less; Carotenoid content of lower leaves first and then decreased, little degradation of carotenoids in the entire curing process. The starch content among treatments similar changes are gradual downward trend, processing the degradation rate of the fastest T2, T1processing that is low in wet curing process slowest.132h after each treatment to stabilize. Chemical composition of cured leaf of T1, T2processing relative coordination, baked good on modulation quality overall. Comprehensive analysis of the optimal T2treatment.3. By the structural Analysis of flue-cured tobacco leaf under different treatments, the highest proportion of T2treatment orange smoke, the lowest proportion of Qingza smoke. In T1and T3curing temperature and humidity craft orange smoke proportion lower than that of the control CK Qingza smoke content. In each treatment grilled in upper leaves appearance consistent quality. Performance, T2processing energy consumption and cost are lower than other treatment.4. Economic characters, T2treatment of flue-cured tobacco leaf grade structure is great, the proportion of superior tobacco is high, the average price is high, compared with other treatment have obvious advantages.
