| This experiment takes place in Neixiang, Nanyang city in2010-2011, mainly research the effects of putting different dosage on soil physical and chemical properties of soil available nutrient, soil physical properties, soil microorganism, soil enzyme, and analysis on the quality of tobacco physical characteristics and chemical composition, in order to give the theoretical basis of improving the soil properties and tobacco quality. Test conclusions are as follows:1. After application of organic peat, Soil bulk density decreased, porosity increased, soil available nutrients raised. The greater the amount of peat, reduce soil bulk density range is larger, soil organic matter, humus, total nitrogen, alkali-hydro nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium increase more obvious, and available p content present a first increases, then decreases trend.2. Application of organic peat, soil enzyme activity enhancement, soil microbial quantity increase. With the increase of the content of the organic peat, soil invertase and soil urease present the tendency of increase, the hydrogen peroxide enzyme activity and soil microbial quantity presents first increases, then decreases and then have rebounded phenomenon. In the soil microorganisms, bacteria and actinomyces amount by the change of turf dosage is the same, and fungi are different quantity change.3. Different amount of peat to tobacco agronomy character is not very prominent, but the influence of the physical characteristics of tobacco leaf is obvious.Adding used the peat, tobacco leaves length, filling value, expansion intensity, simple leaf heavy are increased, and the width of leaves and leaves thickness present trend of decrease, match with high quality tobacco leaf to the physical characteristic request.With the increase of the content of the peat, middle leaves of simple weight increase, the upper leaves fill rechargeable is good, the blade thickness get lower, lower leaf expansion intensity increasing trend more obvious, to improve tobacco physical properties and production efficiency is very favorable4. Application of organic peat, tobacco leaf total nitrogen, nicotine, reducing sugar, total sugar and potassium content and chemical composition all present the increase trend, and all match with high quality tobacco leaf request. The different treatment of total nitrogen and nicotine of tobacco leaves shows that N3>N2>N1>CK. The total sugar content increases with increasing peat usage, while reducing sugar and potassium content trends showing increased and then decreased, and N2is the highest, CK is the lowest. The chlorine content of tobacco showing a slight recovery after the first decline phenomenon, but using peat treatment are lower than those of non-peat treatment.Comprehensive analysis, after application of organic peat, soil nutrient increase or reduce slowed, soil microbes increased, soil physical and chemical properties have been improved, and in the field of the tobacco plants grew well, the chemical composition of tobacco leaves enhanced coordination, to improve tobacco physical characteristics, somking quality and safety of cigarette products is very favorable. |
