| Application of corn harvesting machinery is the hot issues of thedevelopment of agriculture machinery, this paper utilized the present research results as themain guide，carired out the further research by the methods of looking up numerical data,conducted the questionnaire investigation, and carried out the relevant research on applicationtechnology with corn harvesting machinery manufacturer. The contents mainly include thefollowing three sections. Firstly, the general extension and application situation of China’scorn harvest machinery, including the types of corn harvesting machinery, the use effects andthe main problem. Secondly, analyzing the existing problems of the extension of China’s cornharvesting machinery from the perspective of the reliability of corn harvesting mechanicalproperties，manufacturing reliability, agronomic adaptation reliability, the applicationreliability，atfer-sales and warranty service reliability, put forward the measures ofimprovement. Thirdly, introduced the prospects of the development of corn harvestingmachinery in China and the recommendations of the promotion of corn harvestingmachinery.Through the research and analysis, this paper mainly the conclusions are as follows: the one, ourcountry corn harvest machinery at present types, model is complete, the manufacturer is numerous, saleschannel more perfect, basically have self-contained corn united harvest machine, BeiFuShi corn harvestmachine, hold <> concurrently with model corn harvest machine, no line corn harvest machine can meetthe basic needs of corn harvest, which has had to expand the application conditions; Second, from actualuse effect to see, China’s corn harvest machinery design structure, manufacture process, use level, qualityassurance and atfer, agronomic adaptability and greatly improved space, corn harvest machinerydevelopment have a long way to go; Three, along with the development of society and economy, cornharvest machinery into a high-speed development stage and broad prospects. |
