Three experiments were carried out for determination of requirement model of calcium and phosphorus for broilers:1. The growth curve and its fitting parameters;2. The calcium and phosphorus deposition of broiler under ideal environment and balanced diet;3. The calcium and phosphorus requirement model of broiler in different stages。Exp1,2881-day-old AA broilers were divided into two treatments by gender, each treatment six replicates, each repeated24chickens. The body weight was tested between7days. The growth curve was fitted by the Gompertz program.Male:BWt=(6.44812)*exp(-exp(-0.040116)*(t-(38.8637)))Female:BWt=(5.03024)*exp (.exp (-0.04467)*(t-(34.5191)))Mixed:BWt=(5.74159)*exp(-exp(-0.041964)*(t-(36.8598))).Results show that the growth curve fitting degree of99%.Exp2,1-day-old AA broilers,288, each treatment were randomly divided into six repeating groups,24chickens each repetition group. Slaughtered after a trial period of42d, each interval of7d to repeat the weighing unit, each replicate group, select chickens corona close to the average weight of the repeat group, determination of calcium, phosphorus content of their body weight, carcass and feathers, and were Determination of the pectoralis major muscle weight, weight and leg muscle weight of the pectoralis minor muscle. The results showed that:With the age increasing, the male and female broiler body weight, carcass weight, feather weight, breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate uptrend, the pectoral muscle was significantly higher than that of leg muscle rate. Different sex broilers pre-calcium, phosphorus content (P>0.05), calcium content is higher than the hen of the late cock. Different age on broiler calcium and phosphorus content was significantly (P<0.05), and the carcass of calcium and phosphorus was significantly higher than the feather, the corresponding total calcium content than the total phosphorus.0-6weeks of broiler body calcium and phosphorus deposition prediction model: Male:Calcium, dY/dt=2.0569exp(-exp(-0.40116t+1.5591)-0.040116t+1.5591)) Phosphate, dY/dt=0.9919exp(-exp(-0.40116t+1.5591)-0.040116t+1.5591))Female: Calcium, dY/dt=1.7635exp(-exp(-0.04467t+1.5420)-0.04467t+1.5420)) Phosphate, dY/dt=0.8674exp(-exp(-0.04467t+1.5420)-0.04467t+1.5420))Mixed:Calcium, dY/dt=1.8653exp(-exp(-0.04109t+1.5148)-0.04109t+1.5148)) Phosphate, dY/dt=0.9049exp(-exp(-0.04109t+1.5148)-0.04109t+1.5148))Exp3, Calcium and phosphorus level on broiler performance and calcium and phosphorus to maintain the needed research. Designed to maintain the requirements of the broiler calcium, phosphorus determination by gradient regression method. Selected healthy1-day-old broiler720,144male and female, set according to the calcium and phosphorus level5handling for each treatment were randomly divided into six repeat, each repeated12chickens. The results showed that:in terms of production performance, calcium and phosphorus requirement of broilers pre were0.9%and0.45%, broilers0.8%and0.35%late. Different weight ratio had no significant effect of gender on the1-21day-old stage material, and other indicators of broiler chickens showed a significant difference (P<0.01), the performance is higher than the hen in the rooster performance. Different phosphorus levels in the diet had significant effects on the early (1-3weeks) of calcium and phosphorus deposition (P<0.001) in the broiler carcass and feathers, with the increased levels of calcium and phosphorus, carcass and feathers in calcium and phosphorus Shen positive significant increase (P<0.01). Gender on broiler carcass and feathers of the early (1-3weeks) of calcium and phosphorus deposition did not significantly affect the late cock of calcium and phosphorus Shen positive was significantly higher than the hen. Rooster serum calcium and phosphorus content slightly higher than the hen, serum alkaline phosphatase was significantly higher than the hen, the42-day-old broiler serum alkaline phosphatase significantly lower than the corresponding content of the21days.The broilers calcium and phosphorus to maintain the need can be expressed as, Male:MCa=1.0972BW0.75, MP=1.0349BW0.75Female: MCa=0.5765BW0.75, MP=0.3812BW0.75.In summary, the broiler calcium and phosphorus nutritional needs of the forecast model:MaleNCa=7.0748[exp(-exp(-0.040116)*(t-(38.8637)))]0.75+0.2587exp(-exp(-0.40116t+1.5591)-0.040116t+1.5591))NP=6.6732[exp(-exp(-0.040116)*(t-(38.8637)))]0.75+0.2587exp(-exp(-0.40116t+1.5591)-0.040116t+1.5591))FemaleNCa=2.8999[exp(-exp(-0.04467)*(t-(34.5191)))]0.75+0.2247exp(-exp(-0.044674+1.5420)-0.04467t+1.5420))NP=1.9175[exp(-exp(-0.04467)*(t-(34.5191)))]0.75+0.2247exp(-exp(-0.04467t+1.5420)-0.04467t+1.5420))...
