Ginseng is the dried root of Araliaceae ginseng-Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer. Ginseng could benefit vital energy, enrich the blood, promote the production of body fluid, support healthy energy to eliminate evils and so on.So it was called "marvelous herb". Panax ginseng that cannot be cultivated continuously on the same land is a perennial plant. When ginseng was planted on old ginseng soil, the plant disease was seriously and the yield of ginseng was decreased, which of these would result in the waste of large land resources. The soil is a micro ecosystem and organic whole. The damage of soil used to cultivate ginseng could only be relieved temporarily by application of chemical reagents and nutrient elements, the various problems which appeared on the soil of cultivation ginseng could only be solved radically by making use of ecological methods. The technology of ecology soil improvement using fermentation corn straw was applied on planting American ginseng in the field of Beijing and Shandong, which obtained good results, and was approved highly by cropper. The modifier can establish soil physicochemical condition, microbial community structure and nutritional condition that is suitable to grow of ginseng; at the same time, the modifier can reduce the occurrence of disease. The modifier has great significance for strict quality control from the source and realization of ginseng safe production. Furthermore, the popularization and application of this technology will improve largely the yield of ginseng, supply the gap of ginseng, protect effectively ecological environment, and provide innovative technology to support the sustainable development of the ginseng industry in China. In this paper, we mixed the Corn Straw with EM fungi fertilizer, urea and water according to a certain proportion, and fermented in order to study the coefficient results of depth, width and humidity in three levels. Then the most favorite fermentative condition was applied to produce leavening of corn straw. In addition, the production was applied in the Panax ginseng cultivation and then we tested the effect on Alternsria blight. The result showed that it was very efficient to reduce incidence and index of Alternsria blight using the leavening which derived from corn straw by fermentation with EM fungi fertilizer. The details about the optimized condition of fermentation with EM fungi fertilizer:(1) the optimum humidity of straw fermenting is60%.(2) the optimum width of straw fermenting is1.5m.(3) the depth of the fastest fermentation is40cm.The results about controlling Alternsria blight with corn straw leavening:(1) When the usage amount was5kg/m2, the disease incidence was reduced33.44%than CK. And the disease index was reduced44.56%than CK.(2) the usage amount was15kg/m2, the disease incidence was reduced59.54%than CK. And the disease index was reduced74.18%than CK.(3) When the usage amount was25kg/m2, the disease incidence was reduced70.16%than CK. And the disease index was reduced24.54%than CK.
