Pot experiment were conduct to test the effects of low temperature stress on several physiological indexs such as leaves Morphological changes, The chlorophyll content, relative conduct, free proline, soluble sugar, SOD activity,MDA content,POD activity, Free Hydroxyproline of Arachis pintoi cv. Amarillo. In this paoer,we explore the harm of low temperature stress to A. Amarillo. Research results show1、Low temperature stress significantly inhibited the growth of A. Amarillo.in0℃,but in5℃low temperature stress had not effect on inhibiting the A. Amarillo.2、The chlorophylls are decrease as low temperature stress enhanced and time longer In10℃and5℃.but in0℃the chlorophylls are increased as low temperature stress enhanced and time longer.3、With the method of low-temperature stress in the lab,the RPP conductivity and MDA conductivity in size is0℃>5℃>10℃>25℃. SOD activity,POD activity and O2-are increase as low temperature stress time longer in5℃and10℃. soluble sugar conductivity in size is0℃>5℃>10℃>25℃in24、72、96'12Oh.4、According to comprehensive evaluation on cold resistance of A. Amarillo. The strongest effect A. Amarillo.in0℃low temperature stress, Stronger effect A. Amarillo.in5℃low temperature stress, Poor effect A. Amarillo.in10℃low temperature stress.
