The paper analyzed the study history of forest parks and the present situation of Chinese forest parks, expounded the present situation and problems of eco-tourism in Fuzhou Sandiejing Forest Park, in order to provide theoretical basis for the construction of the forest parks. The forest ecosystem service value, recreation value and eco-footprint were assessed by using documentation method, comparison research method, combination of travel cost method (TCM) and contingent valuation method(CVM).Firstly, value coefficient method was used to evaluate the ecosystem service value of Sandiejing Forest Park. The results showed that the ecosystem service value of Sandiejing Forest Park was14320.69$.a-1. Among all types of forests in Sandiejing Forest Park, hardwood forest and bamboo forest contributed mostly to the ecosystem service value of the park, which were account for71.73%of the total ecosystem value in the park, the ecosystem value of nutrition circulation was the highest among all the service functions. Ecological benefit was2780.23$.a-1, economic benefit was2780.23$.a-1,and social benefit was77.7$.a-1,which were75.16%,19.41%and5.43%respectively of the total ecosystem service value in Sandiejing Forest Park.Travel cost method and contingent valuation method were used to evaluate the recreation value of Sandiejing Forest Park in this paper. The results showed that the recreation value of Sandiejing Forest Park was343303Yuan each year by method of TCM, while the recreation value was2014611Yuan each year by method of CVM. The result also showed that the gender, profession, income and degree of education of the tourists had great influence on the willing to pay for the recreation value. The eco-footprint of Sandiejing Forest Park was calculated in the last part of this paper. The results showed that the balance tour eco-footprint each person was0.002996hm2in the park, thus the total tour eco-footprint was added up to80.892hm2. In different land types, the order of the tour eco-footprint was as follow: cultivated land (57.14%)> fossil energy land (27.88%)> water area (8.06%)> construction land (5.55%)> wood land (0.84%)>grass land (0.53%). In different types of eco-footprint, the order of the tour eco-footprint was as follow:tourist catering (82.70%)> tourist lodging (12.05%)> tourist visit (3.94%)> tourist communications (1.30%).
