Scorzoneradivaricata. L as a test material in this thesis, the content of flavonoids, total phenols andtriterpenes compounds of different polarity extracts from Scorzoneradivaricata. L were studied, and itschemical component types were identified. The extracting technology of Scorzoneradivaricate. Lterpenoids was optimized. The antioxidant activity and allelopathy of different solvent extracts were alsoinvestigated. The main results are as follow:1. The chemical composition species and contents of flavonoids, total phenol and triterpene compounds ofdifferent polarity parts from Scorzoneradivaricata. L were definited by the system icpre-test of chemicalconstitutes2. Orthogonal experiment design was designed for optimizing the extracting technology of terpenoidsinScorzoneradivaricata. L and compare the influence of the four factors such as the ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on the ratio of the extraction. The optimumextraction conditions as follow: the extracting solvent was absolute ethyl alcohol, the extractiontemperature was70℃, extracting time was4hours and solid-liquid ratio (W/V)was1:35.Under theexperiment conditions, the content of triterpene compounds is the highest yield.3. The results of the antioxidant activity: different polarity parts of Scorzoner adivaricata. L had certainantioxidant activity respectively, and activity intensity had very significant difference for scavengingdifferent free radicals.The ethyl acetate extracts showed the strongest antioxidant activity among thedifferent polarity parts.According to the composition pre-test and results of content determination, theantioxidant activity related to the type, structure and contents of the antioxidant active components indifferent polarity parts.4. The result of potential allelopathy showed that: four extractions of Scorzoneradivaricata.L had certaindegree of influence on seed germination of cabbages, retroflexus and purslanes. Different extractionshowed different effects on the same seeds, the same extraction had different effects on different seeds, andthe same extracts had different impact on different parts of the same seedlings.
