Water resource is the the main component of human living environment. AlthoughChina’s total freshwater is one of the highest in the world, the per capita freshwater resource isless, natural resource distribution is not extremely equilibrium. China is a country which has alarge distribution of arid and semi-arid regions, suffered the pain of water shortage and threat.China’s soil salinization was significantly higher than the average proportion of the world,nearly a third of irrigation areas is of different degree salinization.Xinjiang, as one of the bigest in China’s cotton growing areas, the climate wasextremely drought, but cotton cultivation was mainly dependent on irrigation. In Xinjiang,Rainfall is very scarce, and evaporation is very strong. How to make full use of the limitedwater resource and make the agricultural income increase is one of the problems of theagriculture in Xinjiang. Therefore, a reasonable irrigation mode and the effective use of salinesoil are of great significance for drought areas.Film mulched drip irrigation is a kind of advanced water saving irrigation technology.Film mulched drip irrigation combined the film technology and drip irrigation water savingtechnology, which supply crops with quantitative water according to the growth law of cropin time. Because the whole process causes small disturbance of the soil structure, and helpskeep crop root layer in loose environment, which minimizes the evaporation between cropsand inhibits the groundwater salt moving up. Also film mulched drip irrigation creates a goodenvironment of salt and water for the mail roots of the crops.This paper studied the three aspects of contents: cotto(nbell and bolls period)soil salinitychange laws with the film mulched drip irrigation, soil salinity change laws of salt wastelandwith the film mulched drip irrigation, soil salinity change laws of different soil texture. Wedraw the main conclusions from the paper:1.In the "1film2tube4line" cotton cultivationmode, the soil salinity of bare land> the soil salinity between the cotton lines> the soilsalinity of water dropper, which explains that the "1film2tube4line" cotton planting modeis a feasible way for film mulched drip irrigation.2.In the whole growth period of cotton, thesoil salinity of salt wasteland in0-100cm soil depth has declined with film mulched dripirrigation technology, which explains film mulched drip irrigation technology can reduce thesoil salinity of salt wasteland in0-100cm soil depth.3.With film mulched drip irrigationtechnology, the soil salinity changes on loam show clear rules, and the soil salinity declinedsignificantly. But for the clay,the changes of soil salinity have no obvious rules.
