As modern industry boosted and urbanization developed now in china,theplowland has being destroyed and the problem of population and food is gettingworse.Although we can increase grain yield and prevent insect disease by geneticengineering and scientific planting,but agriculture relies on pesticides stillheavily,besides on the leve of agriculture is different and the quality of workers is notvery good generally,it causes that the safe problem caused by pesticide residue iscontinuing with out end and influence is getting more wildly each days.That situationinfluences our standard of living and health,so establish a convenient,quick and cheapdetecting system about residual pesticide is very essential.Inspired by principium of mammalian olfaction-gustation system, using principleof cross-responsive and pattern recognition, the project create a visual porphyrincross-responsive sensor array and porphyrin fluorescence cross-responsive sensorarray.we have used these sensor array to detect pesticide residual. So we have finishedsome work that show to be in the following respects:1.Filter out36kinds of sensitive materials that are sensitive to pesticide residual byanalysing the UV spectrum of compounds. The36kinds of sensitive materials includeporphyrin and Color indicator. Created detecting system of visual porphyrincross-responsive sensor array by simulating principium of mammalianolfaction-gustation system.2.Explore the optimal experimental conditions. detected5kinds of pesticideresidual by visual porphyrin cross-responsive sensor array. The Experimental resultsshow that the visual porphyrin cross-responsive sensor array could assort5kinds ofpesticide residual in normal temperature and pressure.3.Created16(4×4) dots sensor array through optimize36(6×6) dots sensor array.Explore the ability of visual porphyrin cross-responsive sensor array in quantitativeanalysis of pesticide residual.detect5kinds of pesticide residual in differentconcentrations by using visual porphyrin cross-responsive sensor array Experimentalresults show that produce could produce different response map with different concentrations of pesticide residual. The relationship of R, G, B of sensor array andconcentrations of pesticide residual appears inear.
