| In this paper we used Huaixiang chicken to study the properties role of the hotenvironment of south China in growth and fat deposition.And studied the expressioncharacterization of Adiponection receptor1(AdipoR1) and Adiponection receptor2(AdipoR2) gene in chicken’s different growth stages and tissues.Firstly, three traits including growth performance, slaughter and fat depositionwere detected in this study. The results showed that:(1) Compared with control(♂1743.69g Vs♀1590.33g), the weight of chicken in17weeks age(♂1362.69g Vs♀1149.25g)was all declined significantly (P <0.01). In the hot environment (♂4.00Vs♀4.11), the feed conversion of Huaixiang chicken was decreased in both sexes,and hen’s decrease more than cock’s (♂3.79Vs♀3.89).(2)Several indexes ofslaughter performance decreased in the hot environment. Compared within the sexes,the carcass weight, eviscerated weight, half-eviscerated weight, leg muscle weightand leg muscle rate were higher in cock’s than in hen’s (P <0.01). And abdominal fatweight, skinfolds, width of intermuscular fat, percentage of abdominal fat showed nosignificant differences.(3) Hen’s fat traits, such as abdominal fat weight, sebumthickness, intramuscular fatty thickness, percentage of abdominal fat significanthigher than cock’s(P <0.01). It is important that hen’s and cock’s abdominal fat ratiowere all higher than the normal test (cock’s was47%higher than the normal and hen’s10%). High temperature stress made chicken’s abdominal fat deposits increased.Subsequently,we also collected five tissues (Liver, Breast muscle, Leg muscleSubcutaneous lipids, abdominal adipose) in different ages (5th,7th,9th,11th,13th,15thand17th wk) sperately. In the obtained tissues AdipoR1and AdipoR2gene wereanalyzed by real-time PCR method.The results showed that:(1) The expression ofAdipoRs mRNA in different ages were analyzed: Within the growth age (5-17th wk)AdipoRs mRNA expression in Huaixiang chicken’s five tissues (liver, breast muscle,leg muscle, subcutaneous lipids, abdominal fat) showed a waving increase.TheAdipoRs mRNA expression of each tissues didn’t reached maximum in the same week.The AdipoRs mRNA expression in liver and abdominal fat showed the same curve:The expression level reached peak at the15th wk and then dropped at the17th wk.(2) The tissue expression of AdipoRs mRNA were analyzed:the result showed a wavingincrease too. But the AdipoRs mRNA expression of each stages didn’t reachedmaximum in the same tissues. The expression level from the musculature was higherat the5-7th wk. The expression of AdipoRs mRNA was significant higher at the9-15th wk in liver, abdominal fat and subcutaneous lipid than other tissues.Subcutaneous lipid was probably mainly regulated by AdipoR1, but abdominal fat wasregulated by AdipoR2.In conclusion, correlation between deposits traits and AdipoRs mRNA expressionlevels at different chicken’s tissue were analyzed and the results showed that: AdipoRsmRNA expression of five tissues were negatively related to abdominal fat weight(P>0.05),but they were not present consistent correlation with the intramuscular fatbreadth and subcutaneous thick. |
