Abstract/Summary:
With the global warming gradually intensifying, the original agricultural climate zoning could not accurately reflect the agricultural climate resources in present situation to a certain extent and it was hard to meet the new needs of agricultural development in market-oriented. So researching the Heilongjiang agricultural climate resources, summing up the province’s agricultural climate resources spatial distribution and analysising their comprehensive evaluation has great significance for the development of Heilongjiang Province agricultural production level. This article treated agro-climatic resources in Heilongjiang Province as the research object, basing on the analysis and calculation to the original daily data of60of meteorological stations in the past60years, carried out a detailed analysis of the agro-climatic resources characteristic of Heilongjiang Province with trend and MK mutation test. By using the Spatial Interpolation Methods of GIS, The article also simulated5agro-climatic resources factors of Heilongjiang Province fine and got more accurate grid maps for agro-climatic factors, overcoming the shortcomings of the evaluation which lacked representativeness and had poor accurateness duing to the shortage of conventional meteorological stations, finally, fine simulation maps of agro-climatic resources spatial distribution which could reflect the law of spatial distribution of agro-climatic resources in Heilongjiang Province better were established. The results showed that year by year, daily-average-temperature in Heilongjiang Province rose obviously and the rate was0.285℃/10a, the overall distribution was that southern part was higher than the northern part, the western part was higher than the eastern part, it’s lower in mountain and forest areas. Annual average precipitation rose not obviously, the rate was7.021mm/10a, the overall distribution was that the eastern part was higher than the western part, there were two rainfall centers in the central region. Relative humidity declined significantly and the rate was0.63%/10a, it’s lower in a small area of the western part. The annual average sunshine hours declined constantly and it was fluctuant, the rate was30.288h/10a, it decreased progressively from west to east except the situation in Daxinganling region. The concept of agro-climatic suitability was introduced to establish agro-climatic resources models of the agricultural production affected by light, heat and water resources by using fuzzy mathematics. And agro-climatic resources index, efficacy index and utilization index of1km×1km grid points in Heilongjiang Province were calculated to evaluate the consolidation of agro-climatic resources in Heilongjiang Province. The innovation was that relational topographic factors was introduced into the space simulation of the agro-climatic resources to analyze the affect brought by these topographic factors to the agro-climatic resources in richness, matching condition and utilization, this could achieve the grid refinement of the spatial distribution of climate indicators’s spatial distribution, the research broke the traditional limitations of climate simulation analysis, described the spatial distribution characteristics of climate resources in detail and improved the precision and accuracy of the simulation. The results showed that in local areas, such as Wuchang and Shangzhi, total resources, matching condition and utilization in these areas were all the highest, they were ideal areas for cultivation of field crops; The areas in gentle slope zones where the elevation was between100-500m, such as Nehe and Yian, total resources, matching condition and utilization in these areas were high too, they were ideal areas for planting corn; It’s appropriate to develop dry farming, forestry and livestock in Longjiang and Gannan which lay in the southwest of Qiqihar; In northeast of Fuyuan, total resources where the elevation was under100m, total resources, matching condition and utilization in these areas were all very general, they were ideal areas for livestock; In northern Daxinganling where the terrain was gentle slope zone above500m, including Mohe, and coasts of The Ussuri River where the terrain was flat slope under100m, total resources, matching condition and utilization in these areas were poor, it’s appropriate to develop forestry and livestock in northern Daxinganling because of the high elevation, lack of heat and the cold and dry climate, in coasts of The Ussuri River, it’s appropriate to develop fisheries because of the sufficient water resources.
