| The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Taurine on Growth Performance and Biochemical Indexes of of Laying Ducklings Reared in Cages of ducklings in cages.A totle of240one-day-old Jin-ding ducks were randomly assigned to five dietary treatments with six replicates,and each replicate contained eight ducks.All the egg-ducks were fed corn-soybean meal basal diets supplemented with0%,0.05%,0.10%,0.15%and0.20%taurine,respectively. Experimental period was four weeks.In the experiment, the laying ducks were weighted at the beginning and the end. For each replicate group, ducks weight and surplus feed were recorded weekly to calculate daily gain and feed conversion ratio. In the fiveth day and fourth week, one was randomly taken out and taken blood from wing vein.and randomly killed to take out the spleen bursa of fabricius for mensuration.The results of feeding experiment showed that0.10%~0.15%taurine was added could increase the daily gain, reduce feed conversion ratio, and add0.10%taurine reached a significant level (P<0.05), More or less taurine level couldn’t develop the production of laying ducks well.The results of antioxidant capacity showed that the levels of taurine had significant effect on the activities of SODã€T-AOC and GSH-Px in liver (P<0.05); the activity antioxidant capacity achieve to the largestã€concentration of MDA is the smallest when taurine added to0.10%.At5days, the activity antioxidant capacity increased partly in liver, it was not significantly effects in serum (P>0.05). with the increasing of taurine level, the activity antioxidant capacity were at first increased and subsequently decreased.The results of Hormone in serum test showed that Concentration of T3and GH were significantly increased trend with the increased levels of taurine.At5and28days, Concentration of T3and GH achieved to the largest when supplemention of0.10%taurine. Concentration of T4was decreased trend with the increased levels of taurine.At28days, Adding taurine to0.10%Concentration of T4achieve the smallest.Other biochemical indicators of blood test results showed that supplementation of0.20%taurine extremely significantly or significantly decreased the concentration of CHOã€TGã€GLU (P<0.05) in serum, supplementation of0.05%~0.20%aurine, the concentration of TPã€ALB were increased, the content of BUN was declined。Adding with0.05%~0.10%taurine, the concentration of TP and ALB is higher, adding with0.10%~0.15%taurine, the concentration of BUN is lower.The results of blood sampling experiment showed that the activities of immunoglobulin and IL-2had significantly effect while the levels of taurine increased in the serum (P<0.05), At28days, supplementation of0.15%taurine significantly improved the content of immunoglobulin (P <0.05), supplementation of0.05%~0.10%taurine,the Concentration of IL-2was significantly increaseed (P<0.05), at5days, supplementation of0.10%~0.15%taurine, the Concentration of IL-2was significantly affected (P<0.05). At5days, the group adding with0.05%taurine, the thymus index were significantly affected (P<0.05); the bursa F index and spleen index had no significant role (P>0.05).At28days, the group adding with0.15%taurine, the thymus index attached to the largest, the group adding with0.10%taurine, the bursa F index and spleen index achieved to the largest.According to growth, serum biochemical and the immunity indexes variety analysis of the same term, the optimal supplement amount of taurine was0.10%-0.15%. |
