Beet yeast molasses is a kind of brown (deep palm) color liquid left from beet molasses manufacturing food grade yeast.it has high dried material content (≥55%) and strong sticky(at20℃below zero which can still free flow).Beet yeast molasses is rich in sugar, protein and minerals. The objective of this study is that through adding yeast molasses in high-yield cows diet to replace part of concentrated feed, measuring different diet effecting to cows feed intake, palatability, milk products, milk quality, primary nutrients of all digestive tract apparent digestion rate, digestion and metabolism of nitrogen, ruminal microbes’ protein content, body condition and blood biochemical indexes, explore beet yeast molasses feeding value, this test choosing40early or middle lactation, similar production performance and2~3parity holstein cows, according to the single-factor pairing principle assign to A, B two groups averagely.A group of control group, feed basal diet;B group of test group, feed diet of1.5kg molasses replaced0.9375kg concentrated feed(energy and protein level basic agreement). In the test results show that:Adding molasses feed can greatly improve the ruminal microbes protein (MCP), group B is more than group A by increasing121.12g·d-1(P<0.05);Adding molasses feed can significantly improve the ruminal microbes protein (MCP), group B is more than group A by increasing121.12g·d-1(P<0.05);Significantly reduced the number of breast cells, group B is lower than group A by decreasing62.63*103(P<0.05); Significantly improved the Ash content of apparent the digestion rate, group B is more than group A by increasing11.15%(P<0.05);Significantly reduced the cow urine urea nitrogen content,(P<0.05).Adding molasses in feed had no significant effect on milk product and milk quality(P>0.05);Adding molasses in feed had no significant effect on feed intake and palatability(P>0.05);Adding molasses in feed had no significant effect on blood biological index(P>0.05).The results indicated that:adding yeast molasses in cows TMR can significantly reduce the somatic cell number of milk; Can improve the cows on nitrogen utilization rate; Could reduce the loss of urea from cow body; Could increase the cow ruminal microbes protein content; Could improve the cows apparent digestion rate of Ash; Could improve the health of dairy cows in a certain extent. Yeast molasses could replace part of concentrated feeding in high-yield cows diet and has a good economic efficiency.
