Zinc plays a vital role in maintaining the health of human body as an essential trace nutrient elements. At present, many experts and scholars committed to zinc plant enrichment mechanism research in order to improve zinc deficiency status in people. Improving crop of edible part of the content of zinc according to genetic breeding and changes in farming methods has made great progress, especially in rice and wheat on the enrichment of zinc effect. Rice is the main staple,and plays a crucial role in people’s health even though slight improvement of quality. Along with development of global integration and the improvement of people’s living standards and people’s health consciousness leads to the demand of high quality food more and more urgent. So nutritional function of rice to develop proper meantime. The present study zinc-rich rice is the most widely used zinc sulfate or zinc containing fertilizer. Some results has achieved but accompanied by many problems. Foliar application of Zn fertilizer with the yield increasing effect of zinc sulfate, but the low utilization rate, increase the cost of production.After years of scientific research, we developed a new, green, and efficient zinc-rich biological organic fertilizer. The fertilizer chelated zinc as the main body. The rate of zinc utilization not only is high and has long fertilizer effect but also can meet the demand of crop growth and development in fertilizer; It has antibacterial, antivirus effect because of adding a variety of traditional Chinese medicine composition. The zinc biological organic fertilizer not only can be used as a foliar spray, can also be used as seed soaking agent and also could improve the resistance of seedling effect.This trial is to find out how to make full use of the best method of fertilizer and to increase income, labor saving, as well as protecting environment section purpose. By pot and field experiments in order to find out the zinc-rich organic fertilizer optimum spraying time and optimal spray concentration. Through pot experiment and field test, a systematic study of the zinc-rich biological organic fertilizer on rice seedling growth and development, yield, rice field and grain quality influence. The results are as follows:(1) Seedling spraying zinc biological organic fertilizer can significantly improve the seedling quality, improving the seedling resistance.0.2%best spray concentration, chlorophyll content increased, decreased10%-30%,70%-110%MDA content soluble sugar content in general increased13%-28%, highest can be increased by about45%, protective enzyme (CAT, POD, SOD) activated at this concentration is the highest.(2) Field trials of the use of the test to screen the best scheme, namely at the heading stage on rice foliar application of zinc rich biological organic fertilizer, concentration to0.2%best. At this concentration, yield constitute factors change obviously, yield rises range is the biggest, highest can amount to62%, the yield of up to11732kg. At the same time, also greatly enhance the quality of rice, milled rice rate and head rice rate, chalkiness rate increase of about10%drop of about15%, gel consistency of soft consistency level, straight chain starch decreased about3%, protein content increased in12%-15%.(3)In rice with spraying zinc content increased with increasing concentration, the spraying concentration is0.3%, the highest content of zinc. The comprehensive yield results, in the spraying at the concentration of0.3%, zinc content has increased, but the concentration of0.2%as compared with spraying, zinc content increased is not obvious, but production has been declining, in these two kinds of spraying concentration in rice, zinc content reached40mg/kg above, in accordance with the relevant national zinc-rich meters of standard, so in considering saving cost and increasing income, spraying concentration of0.2%is the best choice.
