Pesticide residue has caused widely concern in the world, because it seriously harms human health. Research of detection method of pesticide residue is therefore becoming the most significance on the environmental sustainability. This dissertation bases on fluoresence spectroscopy theory and designs the detection system of pesticide residue. Its research work includes:(1) design of optical probing system:High power LED as excitation light source through the excitation light spectrophotometric device can obtain the exciting light and illuminate on the sample, and after the excited fluorescence of specific substances in the sample through the excitation light spectrophotometric device is received and converted by photomultiplier tube;(2) Study and design of weak signal detection system:Design low-noise amplifier circuit, filter circuit and the A/D conversion circuit and achieve the functions of the amplification, filtering and analog-digital conversion;(3) Design of software: achive the functions of data processing, display;(4) Experiment and analysis of the whole system, and verify the feasibility of this design.This system can resist interference from the environment, maintain its own stability, and withstand the influences of vibration, noise, humidity. In addition, this instrument has the advantages of simple structure, small size, low cost.
