Study On Simple Cultivate Technology Of Hydroponic Vegetable

High investment, low profit, high technology and difficult extension are the common problems in hydroponic technology. By researching on the nursing of seedlings and the management on field planting, we explored simple culture model of hydroponic vegetable.In the pot cultural and productive experiment, With Hong Kong Class Lettuce as main tested materials, This experiment stduied on the the effect of different sustainner for seeding, nutrient solution formulation,orygen supply mode and cultivation facilities.1.The technology of Simple Cultivate on hydroponic vegetable:When hydroponic vegetable seeding the seedling root was easy to rot, So we took the comparative experiment on it. The result showed:When the2cm organic material under the loosen sponge was used for seeding, the vegetable grown well with white root and green leaf. The nutrient solution formulation of hydroponic lettuce seedling was:1L water added urea14.2g,K2SO4(K2O15%)73.4g, Ca(NO3)-4H2O29.5g,MgSO4·7H2O9.2g,H3PO411.2ml,2. Simple nutrient solution formulation of hydroponic lettuce:The local nutrient solution formulation of simple culture hydroponic lettuce was1m3water added:urea270g,K2SO4(K2O15%)1349g, Ca(NO3)-4H2O552g,MgSO4·7H2O176g,EDTA-Fe16g, H3PO4223ml, spraying trace element fertilizer during growth period (Dosage reference manual). The fresh weight above-groud,root length and Vc content was the biggest, being0.24Kg/plant,42cm and53mg/kg.After spraying the iron fertilizer,the effect of vegetable leaf was better in turning green. Eutrophic pond water was not superior than water, Abandoned nutrient was used on spraying and Composting.3. Simple regulate technology of nutrient:Oxygen provided method, under the mode of fliping nutrient manually,supply oxygen to vegetable, vegetable grown well. Adjustment of nutrient acidity,1m3nutrient with about223m1H3PO4was suitable of most vegetables growning.4. Simple cultivation facilities:By the productive experiment on brick-concrete structure cultivation pool and earthen type cultivation pool,finded digging cultivation pool manually,dressing, covering plastic film, cultivateing vegetable.low cost, Easy to operate. 5.Others:This experiment researched on determination of Cultivars, improvement of utilization of nutrient. Tests showed that Hong Kong Class Lettuce was suitable of hydroponic. Abandoned nutrient was used on spraying and Composting. The use of Hydroponic Colonization Plate Punch improve the speed and quality of punch.
