Rapeseed are used to extract oil, the good quality of oil directly affects its use value. To anatomize the genetic effect on quality traits, We have constructed contiguous introgression lines. The ZY821as recurrent parent and No.2127-17as donor parent were used in the backcrossing program. Based on CILs, BC4F3population were used as materials to detect the introgressed donor segment, investigate11traits related to seed weight and mostly quality traits (glucosinolate content、oil content、protein conten、erucic acid content、eicosenoic acid content、linolenic acid conten、linoleic acid content、stearic acid content、oleic content and palmitic acid content). The QTLs of seed weight and mostly quality characters were primarily identified. The purpose develops a set of pefect materials and provides abundant resources for QTL fine mapping and map-based cloning. The main results are as follows:1、The contiguous introgression population consists of93individuals, which habours281introgression segments from No.2127-17. The mean length of segments is43.57cM. All the ILs have the genome proportion of the recurrent parent ranging from95.35%to99.67%, with an average of98.0%. The target chromosomal segments in this introgression lines covered the whole genome of Brassica napu L.2、Investigated11traits. The11characters were performing for continuous distribution, and there was a certain super parent separation phenomenon. These of quality traits were correlated with each other.3、We compared the11characters of CILs and the recurrent parent ZY821, using the T test.54CILs were significantly difference with the recurrent parent.4、QTLs of seed weight and quality traits were elementarily indentified using BC4F3population.37QTLs were indentified. Of those,5、1、5、6QTLs associated with SW、 SG、Oilc and PC, respectively;5、2、3、4、4、1、1QTLs were for EA、EIA、LIA、 LA、SA、OA、PA, respectively. Some QTLs may link to QTLs cluster, there are QTLs associated with OA、EIA and EA nearby BnGMS389marker on A8linkage group.
