Abstract/Summary:
To improve the potassium availability of tobacco-growing soils is this research target, at the same time, this article focus on fixation of potassium in soils and increase potassium content of tobacco leaves. From2010to2011, at Liangshan Tobacco Corp. Ltd., Sichuan Province, We through using the alternate drying-wetting method study on tobacco-growing soils potassium fixed regulation indoor culture; by combined with the field training in situ test, we have analyzed the influence of potassium on yellow soil potassium and slowly potassium, and discussed the flue-cured tobacco growth during tobacco soil potassium fixation regulation; The field experiment to study the influence of different organic fertilizers improvement effects on yellow soil and flue-cured tobacco yield and quality. The results showed that:1. The available potassium content of yellow soil, red soil, purple soil and paddy soil with different drying-wetting treatment are increased at different extent; in addition to paddy soils, the content of available potassium under the treatment of40%moist is the most high levels, and the available potassium content of the soil gradually increased with the extension of the time of hydroponic culture.2. The content of slowly available potassium of yellow soil and rice soil with dry-wet-dry-wet-dry-wet treatment was the highest; the content of slowly available potassium of red and purple soil with all wet treatment is the highest. The result showed that the treatment of alternate drying and wetting promoted the accumulation of slowly available potassium, the treatment the high-water content of red and purple soil was beneficial to the accumulation of slowly available potassium. With the frequency increasing of alternating drying and wetting, the capacity of potassium fixation of yellow soil gradually increased; In long-term moist conditions the capacity of potassium fixation of red soil dropped; the strength of purple soil is not big, the capacity is in four soil the most low; the capacity of potassium fixation of rice soil potassium fixation is the strongest.3. Fallow soil available potassium content have jumped, the variation is not obvious, and slowly available potassium increased gradually. Reduce the content of available potassium and slowly available potassium at different growing stage on without potassium fertility supply. K1, K2, K3and K4of different amount of potassium fertilizer can improve that content of available potassium, but fertilization can not. With the increase of the content of potassium, the capacity of potassium fixation also enhances.4. Organic fertilizer could improve soil physical and chemical properties, promote soil permeability, create a suitable environment for soil enzymes, and enhance soil enzymes activity, effectively maintain or improve the content of soil available nutrients, improve soil physical and chemical properties, and create a suitable environment for the tobacco plant growth and development. The application of organic fertilizers improve tobacco total sugar, reducing sugar, the content of potassium, etc, and to reduce the total alkali, total nitrogen content, and make tobacco sugar than chlorine alkali, potassium than more coordinated, increase production and value of tobacco leaf.
