Nowadays global warming has quickly become one of the most heated issues. All of the world pay more attention to greenhouse gas CO2. Global carbon cycle has become one of the parts of major research program of the scientific community. Carbon is the basic elements of all life. Carbon source, carbon sinks and life metabolism are closely linked. Soil respiration as part of the carbon source, due to the presence of a huge base, the small changes will give the global carbon cycle have a huge impact. Abandoned land as one of the important product of the policy of the conversion of farmland to forests, the change of the class also had a profound influence on the climate and the environment. Therefore, the abandoned land of soil respiration has a very important practical significanceThis study in2009, Pangquangou National Nature Reserve in the abandoned land, soil respiration, soil water content, soil temperature, soil organic carbon and soil total nitrogen research on different spatial scales to understand the space in soil respiration on the changes and the relationship between the impact factors. The results show that:A moderate degree of variation in the abandoned land, soil respiration spatial autocorrelation degree of spatial variation is moderate, be able to better express the spatial structure of soil respiration in a relatively large scale. In different scales, soil water content have a good spatial structure. Soil temperature is affected by random factors. More vulnerable to small-scale are easy to be affected by vegetation and other factors. Soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in the small scale, space correlation is weak, and need a small scale to reduce the sampling interval or increase the research-scale.Abandoned land in soil respiration and soil water content, soil organic carbon, soil total nitrogen in varying degrees of significant correlation. Because of Abandoned land in low soil water content, soil respiration and5cm,10cm and15cm depth soil temperature are not relevant. When ignored water influence, the relationship between the two becomes extremely significant. Soil water, in the spatial variation of the angle under which the abandoned land, is divided into limiting factor for soil respiration. The spatial distribution of water has largely affect the distribution of soil respiration.
