| Aimming at the low efficiency of fertilizer utilization, the maladjusted soil nutrients, poor product quality and environmental pollution in the greenhouse vegetable culture, the study using tomato accession’zhong shu4’analyzed, the experiment of tomato of applying in controlled-release fertilizer (T3),20%decrement of quantity(T4),40%decrement of quantity (T5),30%decrement of nitrogen controlled-release mixing fertilizers (T6) was conducted by applying the controlled-release mixing fertilizer(T1) and common fertilizers(T2) with the growth, the plant nutrient content, physical and chemical character of soil, yield and quality of tomato. The findings provided a theoretic support basis for improving the processing of tomato production, and exploring the intensive utilization of CRFs. the research results were as follows:1. The variation trends of the plant height and stem diameter in all treatments were consistent in the early growth period of tomato, There was no obvious difference of every treatments, Having increased the height and stem diameter, enhanced the root absorption capacity of tomato about90days after field setting. Compared with blank treatment (no fertilizing, T1) and common fertilizers(T2), with the treatments of20%decrement quantity of controlled-release mixing fertilizers(T4), under30%decrement of nitrogen controlled-release mixing fertilizers (T6), the plant height, stem diameter and the FW of root and stem and leaf of tomato were increased significantly.2. With the treatments of20%decrement quantity of controlled-release mixing fertilizers (T4), under30%decrement of nitrogen controlled-release mixing fertilizers (T6), the physiological indexes were increased significantly than treatments with common fertilizers (T2) and blank treatment (T1). Under30%decrement of nitrogen controlled-release mixing fertilizers (T6), NR activity increased significantly than other treatments at full fruit period. With the controlled-release mixing fertilizersT3,T4,T6, the total content of chlorophyll and Pn were greatly improved than common fertilizers (T2) and blank treatment (T1).3. Compared with common fertilizers(T2), effects of the treatment of controlled-release mixing fertilizers on changes significantly of soil nutrients content. With the controlled-release mixing fertilizers, soil nutrients remained at relatively high level, it is beneficial to improve the growth of tomato. Compared with T2, the plant total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content increased. The Porosity of soil were increased significantly under controlled-release mixing fertilizers. With the treatments controlled-release mixing fertilizers, bulk density was decreased relative to T1,T2. Controlled-release mixing fertilizers treatments increased invertase activity of soil and they were beneficial to improving soil microbial flora. Soil changed from bacteria type to fungi type significantly.4. The yield under T3, T4and T6respectively increased by26.6%,23.1%,25.2%, relative to T2o Controlled-release mixing fertilizers treatments increased Lycopene, ratio of sugar and acid, Vc content and decreased nitrate content. Lycopene content under T3was highest. Vc content and Soluble sugar content under T6was highest. In conclusion, evaluation on improved effect of the fruit quality, the project of30%decrement of nitrogen controlled-release mixing fertilizers (T6) is optimal. |
