Colibacillosis is an important disease that harms poultry industry acutely.Bystatistics,cases of colibacillosis are the first disease occur in poultry yards.Becauseof diverse serotype and increasing drug resistance,prevention and cure to thepathogen can not be easy.It is necessary to isolate the avian pathogenic E.coli fromsepticemic poultry in Binzhou city,and examine the antimicrobial resistance,alsw thedistribution of virulence associated genes,to find out the regularity lf invasion and makeout scientific possible measure of prevention and cure.Isolation and identification and drug sensitivity of chichen pathogenicE.coli.E.coli strains were isolated from sick chichen in a mumber of poultry yards inBinzhou city,then they were cultured,putified and tested under microscope by commonmethod,18strains of chichen pathogenic E.coli were isolated and identified,12strains werehigh-virulent.They were O78,O35,O36,O1,O2,O5.4strains of O78,3strais of O35.Theprevalent serotypes of E.coli in Binzhou city were mainly O78,O35.18isolated strainswere used to challenge young chichen.Both clinical symptome and pathologicalcchanges of dissection fitted typical characters of the pathogen.The strains of highpathogenicity occupied55.56%,the middle ones did27.78%and the low ones did16.67%.The rate of drug-resistance test showed:florfenicol,amikacin,deoxycycline,neomycin sulfate weresensitive.The results also showed that the drug sensitivity to the E.coli was not the sameisolated from different hen house.The isolates were investigated for the presence of6virulence associated genesdescribed for avian pathogenic E.coli.Three genes were significantly distributed among highPathogeni city APEC strains including iucD(81.8%),iss(90.9%),and irp2(54.5%). These findingsprovide novel insights into the presence and distribution of virulence-associated genesin avian pathogenic E.coli field strains.In this study,self-made extinguishable vaccine of E.coli selected from theexperimental farm was producted, with other protective method to protect sensitivechichen block,resulting a significant decreasing sichness rate.The ideal effects were also made in infected flochs using the vaccine withsensitivity medicine and Chinese herb medicine JunXiaoSan.The synthesized methodsos prevention and degermation.
