Urban green plants is all important component of the garden and the ecosystem in acity,as it plays a vital role in maintaining ecological balance of a city,beautifyinglandscape,improving environmental quality,cleaning air,removing fatigue,inhibiting andkilling pest. Aming to elaborate the dynamic variations in bacteriostasis in different seasonsof5evergreen trees in North of China, ascertain bacteriostasis in intraspecificvariation,differences in ear purification,and then to choose a good antibacterial tree species toprovide more scientific basis, experimental date was provided to5evergreen trees in andnearby Shandong Agricultural University in this paper,results showed that,1. The bacteriostatic ability of the tested species is very different. The bacteriostaticability on bacteria is best on Euonymus japonicus in autumn, and Photinia serrulata Lindl. inwinner is the worst.Photinia serrulata Lindl. in autumn is the best on inhibition offungal,Pinus bungeana in winner is the worst.There is great dierence between the two treespecis.This may be related to their antibacterial substances in their blades, and theantibacterial mechanism remains to be studied. Combined with the feature, in the urbanlandscaping for later,we can choose more scientific and reasonable tree species to make fulluse of ecological function,bulding healthy and green living environment.2.There is difference in different intraspecific individual trees on bacteriostaticaction.Euonymus japonicus, Sabina chinensis(L.) Ant. Var. chinensiscv. Kaizuca, Photiniaserrulata Lindl., is low significant in antibacterial. This may be relate to the cutting breedingway. Pinus bungeana, Pinus. tabuliformis is high significant, so is the foundation ofantibacterial breeding.3.The bacteriostatic action of the test trees is changed along with the season.Test for theantibacter is changed from autumn to sping. Bacteria inhibitive rate of the tested species inspring is higher than other seasons except Pinus bungeana. but, in general autumn> spring>winter. Pinus bungeana in spring showed higher fungi inhibition rate. The reason remains tostudy. Euonymus japonicus on bacterial inhibition varies with the season, Photinia serrulataLindl. on bacterial inhibition with seasonal variation is minimum. The tested species of fungiwith little seasonal variation.4.The tested species show small flucuations in winter autumn and spring. Among themcoated Pinus bungeana of pinus tabulaeformis and different segregation in between antibacterial rate significantly different. No significant difference between other tree. Even ifthere is a larger amplitude differences, still no significant change.The variance of antibacterial effect of five landscape evergreen trees vary with season.The biggest change of the inhibitory effect on Bacteria with the seasons is Euonymusjaponicus and Photinia serrulata Lindl. is just the opposite. the variance of Fungi inhibition offive landscape evergreen trees are significant changed with different seasons. The plantsecretory structure types, in various organ distribution and discharge relationship betweensystem, has not been reported, on the plant secretory structure of microscopic andhistochemical observation and in-depth research, development and utilization of plant drugingredients can provide a scientific basis.
