Microorganisms which were isolated from a variety of commercially available microbial fertilizer and plant rhizosohere soil had been studied to try to find out a new compound microbial fertilizer which contained a variety of microorganisms with the various functions.90strains were screened by streaking and changing conditions of culture.There were66strains of bacillus bacteria, an anaerobic bacillus bacteria,8strains of lactic acid bacteria,5strains of yeast, one pediococcus,2strains of pseudomonas, one actinomycete and5strains of fungi.9different species and different functions of bacteria:Bacillus amyloliquefaciens、 Bacillus cereus、Bacillus megaterium、Bacillus licheniformis、Bacillus vallismortis、 Bacillus subtilis、 Bacillus pumilus、Pseudomonas putida、Lactobacillus buchneri were isolated by the results of solution of phosphorus.、potassium and nitrogen fixation,molecules identification of16S r DNA. In addition,Saccharomyces cerevisiae、Candida utilis and3strains of fungi were used for the subsequent fermentation.Multi-strain mixed fermentation were studied in order to facilitate the future industrial production,eventually a composite culture medium suitable for five bacillus bacteria at the same time to grow,which was ammonium sulfate2g,glucose3g,potato starch7g,dipotassium hydrogen phosphate0.3g,sodium chloride0.2g, magnesium sulfate0.8g, manganese sulfate0.03g, ferrous sulfate0.03g, yeast extract3g, distilled water1L,PH7.0.Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis to the microorganism in the fermentation broth and the microscopic examination both verified the medium which was indeed suitable for five different bacillus bacterial growth at the same time.In addition, on this basis the fermentation experiments with latic acid bacteria,yeasts and molds were studied further for solid fermentation of microbial fertilizer to provide seminal fluid.Two different formulations were choosed for solid fermentation of microbial fertilizer,biomass、organic matter content and total nutrients (N+P2O5+K2O) ofthe fermentation products were detected and comparied with national standard ofthe microbial fertilizer,the results that chicken manure,rice husk and humic as raw materials to ferment microbial fertilizer were better than agaricus bisporus waste, rice husk and humic acid as raw materials, and also significantly better than national standards of microbial fertilizer were showed.
