With the rapid development of livestocks, poultrys and aquaculture, the phenomenon which human abused of antibiotics has become more and more serious. The antibiotics which were into the body of an animal mostly would go into soil with the excrements. The antibiotics extremely were easy to cause the pollution ofsoil. In addition, the antibiotics and their metabolites had stable properties, complex species, difficult degradation and easily soluble in water, easy to be enriched in plants in soil environment. The state would endanger the safety of agricultural products and human security furtherly. Following the waters and the foods, the pollution and the potential harmfulness of residual antibiotics in soil also caused the International environmental science as well as the focus of public attentions. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish the detection method of antibiotics in soil simultaneously. This paper carry out simultaneous determination of typical antibiotics and its optimization method research which has the important theory significance and the practical significance. It has the important theory and the practical significance of carrying out the researchs, which were about simultaneous determination of typical antibiotics and method optimization in this paper.ObjectAn analytical method was developed and optimized for the simultaneous extraction and determination of sulfonamides (SAs),tetracyclines (TCs) and quinolones (QNs) antibiotics in soil using solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography spectrometry.MethodAfter added with acetonitrile-phosphate buffer and EDTA, the soil samples were extracted for4times by the ultrasonication extraction. The extraction was purified and concentrated with SAX and HLB column. After eluted with6.0ml methanol, the eluate was evaporated to near dryness under a gentle stream of N2blowing and redissolved with1.0ml of methanol. Oxalic acid-acetonitrile (0.01mol/L) was used as the mobile phase to separate and detected by UV detection at the wavelength of268nm.ResultsWith this method, SAs, TCs and QNs had good linear relationships in the range of0.1~10.0mg/L.The limits of detection (LOD,S/N=3) were15.8~16.5μ g/kg,14.1~22.1 μg/kg and12.0~16.1μg/kg, respectively. The recoveries of SAs, TCs and QNs were72.4%-83.6%,55.2%-65.8%and51.6%-57.9%and their RSD values were all lower than5.0%.ConclusionUsing this method, ten veterinary antibiotics were separated and detected within35minutes successfully and the results were suitable for the actual analysis requirements in the soil pollution monitoring.
