Separation And Purification Of Lacquer Wax And Laquer Oil

Toxicodendron verniciferum is one of the most important economic tree species. Itsfruit-paint seeds are rich in fats and oils. Lacquer wax can be extracted from the skinof seeds, while lacquer oil extracted from kernel of seeds. In this thesis，the extractionprocess，the purification process and the physical and chemical properties of lacquerwax and lacquer oil were studied.The main results are as follow.1. The optimum conditions for lacquer wax extraction are that: extractiontemperature52℃, extraction time13.5h, sieve mesh80, and the yield of lacquer waxis52.2848%.2. The optimum conditions for lacquer oil extraction are that: extractiontemperature52℃, extraction time7.5h, sieve mesh80, and the yield of lacquer oil is29.6674%.3. Using the white degree to mean the purity of lacquer wax. The optimumtechnology conditions for lacquer wax purification are that: adsorbent dosage3.6%,adsorption temperature81℃, adsorption time31minutes, and the white degree ofpaint wax is85.974%.4.The physical and chemical indicators of Shaanxi lacquer wax are that, the meltingpoint47.3℃, which is significantly lower than the Japanese wax melting point; thesaponification value17.6mg/g; the iodine value19g/100g; the saponification value201mg/g. This shows that, after purification, the quality of lacquer wax is higher. Thephysical and chemical indicators of paint oil are that: the acid value3mg/g, the iodinevalue of lacquer oil26.2g/100g. This shows that, after extraction, the quality oflacquer oil high enough. The results of GC-MS are that, in lacquer wax, the accountof palm acid, oleic acid and stearic acid more than80%, also there are docosanoicacid and twenty alkyl acid in paint wax, which are belong to dibasic acid.The resultsof experiments are that, different kinds of lacquer seeds, their1000-grain weight,lacquer skins and paint seed content, water content of seeds skin and seedbenevolences, yield of paint wax, yield of paint oil are different from each other.Comparisions of infrared spectrum, in addition to tongshanxiao and fenhongxiaodamuare different on one peak; other different types of paint wax and paint oil are basicallythe same.
