The Research Of Design Method Of City Green Roofs Based On The Concept Of Green Infrastructure

In recent years, the rapid development of economy and the enhangce of city level, there areseries of serious problems of human settlements, such as the shortage of soil and water resource,loss of habitat, heat island effect. As a result, it becomes difficult for the common green roofdesign to meet the green low-carbon ecological demand, the traditional design method to providedecological instruction for long-term development of city roof greening. So, it is important to studythe green roof design of city basing on the role of green infrastructure in city life.On the basis of research on the current construction of the city green roof both in domesticand abroad, the article studies how to design the city green roof basing on the concept of greeninfrastructure, which arouse us to pay attention to the ecological value of roof greening,promote the sustainable development of ecological environment, meanwhile to promote theinnovation and progress of roof greening city. the main results are as follows:(1) The study puts forward the connotation extension of the city green roof design; basis onthe concept of green infrastructure, sums up the design principles of city green roof;(2) It analysis the benefit of roof greening in city rainwater utilization, cooling andhumidification, relay station of species migration and then put forward the corresponding designmethod; methodically, discusses the planting design of the city green roof in details;(3) On the case study of green roof design in China’s Yangtze River Delta, the article alsoprospect the development of roof greening in our city.
