The dairy industry is the stable development direction of large-scale, intensification and industrialization in China,with reveal up some problems.It is favorable to the improvement of economic benefits,while,a problem for cattle diseases day outstanding,especially,the easy to occur nutritional and metabolic diseases in the high productive cattles, sometimes group-occurring, so it has important effects in the animal husbandry development. Vitamin D binding protein and ferritin,as for the result of serum analysis showed applied widely in the human diseases. Two gene sequence of nucleotides and amino acid sequence structure characteristics aren’t clearly.Those genes has not reported appeared in cattle, and its genes structure has not yet.In this study, the gene fall-length cDNA sequences of DBP and FTH3’end were cloned by RACE-PCR technique. The structural characteristics of the two genes’nucleotide and amino acid sequences were analysed. The results show that the length of DBP gene cDNA sequence is1692bp, and its open reading frame (65-1489)has1425bp, encoding474amino acids, flanked by a96byof5’untranslated region and a208bp by of3’-UTR. The relative molecular weight of DBP is about14.09206KDa. The length of FTH(heavy chain)3’end gene cDNA sequence is489bp, and its openreading frame(66-311) is246bp, encoding81amino acids, flanked by a243bp by of3’-UTR. The relative molecular weight of serine protease is about9.1253KD.
