The bacterium manure has been playing an important role in soil improvement. At present, there are not any reports on change state of Abiogenous-azotobacter; phosphorus-decomposing bacteria; potassium bacteria after inoculation to soil in the domestic Therefore, the biological nature of the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, bacteria were cultured respectively and inoculated to soil. Then the capacity which relieve NPK fertilizer and biological activity were determined,In order to protect the ecological environment and improve agricultural yields and quality.the character evaluation of the product-strain are necessary. In this task the Abiogenous-azotobacter,phosphorus-decomposing bacteria; potassium bacteria were cultured and applied to the soil. With a view of understanding the biological characteristics of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium bacteria in soil, the relevant research on these strains were done.1. The quantitative analysis of Abiogenous-azotobacter change in the soil wetre carried out. Firstly, four kinds of azotobacteria from soil were isolated and purified useing selective medium, and two pairs of better strains were obtained. Two strains of them facilitated the rice growth. Then they were quantitatively applied to sterilized soil with its growth and let them reproduction under natural conditions. Every fifth or tenth day, the same amount of soil were fetch and determined the cfu of the bacteria using most probable count (MPN) method. Meantime the total soil nitrogen content were determined taking advantage of the Kjeldahl method According to the changes of two index of the rational fertilizer, the nitrogen-fixing microbes life cycle is about25days, the quantivity of nitrogen-fixing microbes approximately2.2×1010cfu/kg soil, and nitrogen content of the soil asout0.280%.2. After phosphorus-decomposing bacteria were applied into the soil, the change of its number have been invesitigated., Firstly, the phosphorus-decomposing bacteria were screened repeately by the beef extract peptone medium plate,Then the bacteria were amplified through shaking flask culture, and inoculated cultivate into the soil. Finally in accordance with the number of microorganisms in the soil, the morphology of the bacteria in the medium, the average value of phosphatase activity is52.354IU//ml.The test have shown that optimum temperature of phosphatase action is about30℃,and the optimum pH around8.5.3. As for number change of potassium bacteria applied into the soil, firstly the the potassium bacteria were amplified and a potassium bacterial which was proved to be strong solution capacity of potassium were obtained. The strain were applied into the soil as to study the impact of soil and transformatiom of inorganic salts.. The study found that the bacteria in the soil had reached up to maximum number values at the30th day. the solution concentration of Potassium is some correlation with the number of bacteria, The more potassium, the more the number of bacteria is. The containing absorbable potassium reached up to764.5mg/kg in the soil...
