Straw,furewood and coal are the main coal life and basically burned through the old rural cooking stove that waste is serious.The old rural cooking stove is characterized by low efficiency and serious pollution.so the burden of Chinese rural energy consumption will be overweight,environment will become more pollutional than now.CNCM2.5-Y type multifunction heating stove is jointly developed by Hunan agricultural university and Hunan eagle stove which are high efficiency energy utilization and low pollutant emission rate.Thermal performance and secondary air inlet system of CNCM2.5-Y type multifunction heating stove are studied by experimental and theoretical research,the main acadamic attainments are as follows:First of all,carries out the theoretical analysis and experimental study of CNCM2.5-Y type multifunction heating stove,find out design theory and thermal effieciency of heating stove,and analysis of combustion characteristics with biamass and coal as fuel.Secondly, due to the high exhaust gas temperature,smoke halogen water jacket was deviced.Through analysis of heat transfer process of smoke halogen water jacket which is set up on heating stove.the result shows theoretical calculation of flue gas and water convection heat transfer for107.38w,but the actual measured water jacket heating water for72.15w,heat utilization effieciency of67.2%.The third, through study of the two air inlet system,reserch shows that in the indoor air velocity,the best secondary air inlet of CNCM2.5-Y type multifunction heating stove is20%;the exhaust gas heat loss for8.5%;CO emission concentration for0.22%;NOx concentration of52mg/m3;SO2concentration of96mg/m3,CO2emission concentration of8.2%.Finally, heat transfer of the furnace hearth are analyzed through experiment and theoretical research.Experimental measurement of the temperature distribution in the furnace hearth, calculate in detail the water heat in water jacket for the heat transfer process and analyzed the heat flux vector by Ansys software and fluid mechanics.Come to conclusion that on the heat transfer process,the furnace heat transfer is424.5W,furnace temperature distribution is regular.In all, Theoretical foundation and scientific basic are provided for thermal performance study and secondary air inlet system of rural household stove.
