Guanximiyou [Citrus grandis (L.) Osbeck cv.Guanximiyou] is an importantagricultural economic backbone. Some obvious physiological phenomena such asjuicy sac granulation and fruits color mutation appeared during fruits ripening andstorage, while the study on these phenomena has not done on the genome level. Thisstudy sequnenced some of BESs randomly, analysized the BESs with Blast2GO,gotthe annotation informations and KEGG metabolic pathways of Guanximiyou, tried tofind the potential contact between the juicy sac granulation and fruits color mutationand provide a guide to prove the conteact on genomes.We extracted1920clones randomly from the Guanmixiyou BAC library andsequenced them directly or sequenced their plasmid, got2665effective BAC-endingsequences. Used Blast2GO technology on these BESs, after BLASTing, mapping,annotation, statistics analysis and visualization we finished the basic messagesanalysis on the BESs. We got3207GO-terms after annotation, they are biologicalprocess (1115), cellular component (491) molecule function (1585) and unknown (16).The metabolic proces(s33.27%)contented the most during biological process, whilethe cellular process (31.33%)biological regulation (7.27%), response to stimulus(6.33%) contented reduced in turn. The binding (48.43%) contented the most in themolecule function, while the catalytic activity (22.10%) and structure molecularactivity (10.69%) contented reduced in turn. The cell (53.63%) contented the most incellular component while the organelle (37.52%) contented secondly. Through theenzyme code annotation we got many KEGG maps and lots of enzymes. During thesepathways, there are three pathways have the most sequences involved in them, starchand sucrose metabolism (16), purine metabolism (10), aminobenzoate degradation(8).So we believe the starch and sucrose metabolism is a dominating metabolismpathway.This study discussed major on the pathways of juicy sac granulation andpigment synthesis, found some contacts among of lignin、pigment and hormone.Wefound informations releted to the contacts,such as caffeateO-methyltransferase,activity(GO:0047763),laccase(GO:0008471),peroxidase(GO:0004601),carotenoid biosynthetic process(GO:0016117), xanthophyll biosyntheticprocess(GO:0016123), terpenoid biosynthetic process(GO:0016114), isopentenyldiphosphate biosynthetic process, mevalonate-independent pathway(GO:0019288),gibberellin metabolic process(GO:0009685), abscisic acid mediated signaling pathway(GO:0009738), cellular response to abscisic acid stimulus(GO:0071215). The resultof anylsis pointed out that there must be an unescapable contact among of lignin、pigment and phytohormones, and the potential modle is that both of juicy sacgranulation and fruits color mutation were been conducted by phytohormones.
