| In the forest ecosystems, nitrogen is one of the most important factor to limit to the plantgrowth, and it also has significant importance to the succession of forest communities. However, the plants need a lot of nitrogen, and nitrogen in the ecosystem, highly mobile, highly loss, oftenleading to nitrogen most likely to depletion of nutrient elements, thus becoming the limiting factorof nutrients. Understanding the distribution of nitrogen in the soil environment, it will provide themain basis for the rational fertilization of plants.A large number of studies have shown that affected by factors such as topography, elevation, aspect, there is a strong spatial heterogeneity pattern in forest ecosystems. However, these studysites are mainly concentrated in the community large scale or degree of human disturbance on asingle forest type, or cultivated farmland, mainly in the experimental design to statistical methods, relatively simple. How to clarify the intrinsic variation of the spatial heterogeneity of forest soilnitrogen, and quantitative analysis on the study of various nitrogen forms, and on this basis, thevertical heterogeneity, the comparison of the level of heterogeneity, revealing the spatialheterogeneity forest structure, ecological processes intrinsically linked, but also forestry in recentyears, a key theoretical issues in ecological research. Therefore, in order to better reflect the law of the spatial heterogeneity of the forest soilnitrogen to reduce the test error caused by human factors, this study site selection in the WuyiMountains National Nature Reserve, protected areas have the largest, best preservedin subtropicalforest ecosystems, intact a wide variety of forest, protected areas stand and the mountain has asignificant vertical gradient, a prerequisite for the launching of this article can not be copied, theresearch value is very large. This article by the right the Wuyi Mountains different altitudes soilnitrogen form of the analysis, study the Wuyi Mountains natural forests of different soil nitrogenform spatial heterogeneity of the law, to further reveal the natural forests of ecological successionand seek the plantation to update the optimal nitrogen nutrition habitats regulation and lay afoundation. Wuyi Mountains forestry soil used for scientific development, to maintain thebiological specificity of the Wuyi Mountains region, as well as get a better ecological and tourism benefits, providing theoretical support. The main results are as follows:1. The spatial heterogeneity of soil nitrogen forms of different altitudes at Wuyi Mountainsin addition to amino sugar nitrogen is not obvious, the rest of the nitrogen vertical heterogeneity oflaw is very clear. Total nitrogen, hydrolytic nitrogen, ammonium, nitrate, acid hydrolysis oforganic nitrogen, amino nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, acidolysis unknown nitrogen contentgradually increased as the altitude increases, perpendicular to the law is very clear, and contentdifferences between the altitude reached a significant level. Soil amino sugar nitrogen as thealtitude increases, showing reduction–increase–reduce–increase or increase–reduce–increase–red-ucetrend, the vertical distribution is not obvious, amino sugar nitrogen perpendicular to the law isnot obvious. At the level of the same altitude and the different profile, with the deeping of theslope level, soil nitrogen content showed0-20cm soil layer content>20-40cm soil layercontent>40-60cm soil layer content, section perpendicular to the law is very clear, and thedifferences in the different soil nitrogen content also reached a significant level.2. The level heterogeneity of soil nitrogen forms of different altitudes at Wuyi Mountains inaddition to amino sugar nitrogen and acidolysis unknown nitrogen are not obvious, the rest of thenitrogen level heterogeneity of law is very clear. Soil total nitrogen, hydrolytic nitrogen, ammonium, nitrate, acid hydrolysis of organic nitrogen, amino nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen contentwere shown the law of thatsunny greater than shady, this law indicated that aspect showed animportant influence on the nitrogen of the same altitude of the soil profile level, especially soilnitrogen content of the surface layer (0-20cm) that occupies first place,20-40cm and40-60cmcomes second; but the law of amino sugar nitrogen and acidolysis unknown nitrogen are notobvious, this result showed that aspect didn,t play an important role in this two soil nitrogenscontent of the same altitude and the same soil layers3. Sunny slope different soil layers of soil total nitrogen, hydrolytic nitrogen, ammonium, nitrate, acid hydrolysis of organic nitrogen, amino nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen between the variousforms of nitrogen is very significant correlation(p<0.01). There is a very significant correlation(p<0.01), between the various forms of nitrogen and organic matter; nitrogen and pH value notexist; various forms of nitrogen addition to the significant correlation between the acid solution ofunknown nitrogen and amino sugar nitrogen not exist, the remaining nitrogen forms and elevationinto a very significant correlation (p<0.01). 4. Shady slope different soil layers total nitrogen, the hydrolysis of nitrogen, ammoniumnitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, acid hydrolysis of organic nitrogen, amino nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, there were significant correlation (p<0.01); amino sugar nitrogen there is no significantcorrelation;correlation between the amino sugar nitrogen and organic matter does not exist, variousforms of nitrogen and organic matter exists a significant correlation (p<0.01); nitrogen and pHvalue negative correlation was not significant; amino sugar nitrogen and altitudeheight does notexist significant correlation, the remaining nitrogen forms and elevation exist a significantcorrelation (p<0.01).5. The spatial heterogeneity of the Wuyi Mountains Forestry soil nitrogen is that totalnitrogen, the hydrolysis of nitrogen, the vertical distribution of inorganic nitrogen heterogeneityand horizontal heterogeneity of the law is very clear, organic nitrogen, in addition to the aminosugar nitrogen, the acid solution of unknown nitrogenvertical regularity is not obvious, the acidhydrolysis of organic nitrogen, amino nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen of the vertical distribution ofheterogeneity, the horizontal heterogeneity of the law is very clear. |
