BVOCs emitted by plants play a very important role in improving air quality, the humanphysiological and psychological health. The compound forest community is the importantsource of BVOC, if we have a thorough understanding of the chemical composition anddynamic variation of BVOC in the forest community, it can supply a data support and scientificbasis for plant disposition of the urban green space and building ecological healthcare urbanforest community. Because of this, by collecting volatiles gas with open sampling method andanalyzing gas sample with ATD-GC/GS, this paper studies the composition and the rule of thediurnal variations under the natural condition of Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. forest,Pinus elliottii forest and Quercus acutissima Carruth. forest which is the common recreationforests in Suburban Mountain Region of Middle-lower-Yangtze River. The results are showedas follows:1. Components of BVOCs:①There are ten types of VOCs which are Alkane,Alkene,Alcohol, Aldehyde, Acid, Ester, Ketone, Aromatic hydrocarbon, Oxide and Etherreleased by three forests.②Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. forest released totally99kinds11classes, Pinus elliottii forest released totally121kinds11classes, Quercus acutissimaCarruth. forest released totally146kinds9classes.2. The variation of TBVOCs concentration:①The diurnal variation curve of TBVOCconcentration in Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. forest is “three peaks, three valleys”. Thehighest peak is in13:00, the lowest valley is in7:00;②The diurnal variation curve of TBVOCconcentration in Pinus elliottii forest is “two peaks, two valleys”. The highest peak is in13:00,the lowest valley is in5:00;③The diurnal variation curve of TBVOC concentration in Quercusacutissima Carruth. forest is “three peaks, three valleys”. The highest peak is in1:00, thelowest valley is in5:00.3、The variation of the main VOCs concentration:①In Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl.forest, the highest peak of alkane is in1:00, the lowest valley is in17:00;The highest peak of alkene is in17:00, the lowest valley is in9:00; The highest peak of ketone is in13:00, thelowest valley is in23:00; The highest peak of alcohol is in19:00, the lowest valley is in23:00;②In Pinus elliottii forest, the highest peak of alkane is in1:00, the lowest valley is in5:00;The highest peak of alcohol is in13:00, the lowest valley is in1:00; The highest peak of alkeneis in19:00, the lowest valley is in5:00;③In Quercus acutissima Carruth. forest, the highestpeak of alkane is in1:00, the lowest valley is in19:00;The highest peak of ketone is in19:00,the lowest valley is in21:00; The highest peak of ketone is in13:00, the lowest valley is in23:00; The highest peak of alcohol is in13:00, the lowest valley is in1:00; The highest peak ofester is in9:00, the lowest valley is in1:00.4. We can get the results from consulting many papers about the healthcare function ofVOCs realeased by the three forests:①In Cinnamomum camphora (L.) Presl. forest, theVOCs good for health have the higher concentration from17:00~19:00which are camphor, alcohol, bomyl acetate and terpinenes, the VOCs bad for health have the highest concentrationat5:00which are alkane and benzene series.②In Pinus elliottii forest, the VOCs good forhealth have the higher concentration from15:00~17:00which are alcohol, terpinenes and ester, the VOCs bad for health have the highest concentration at3:00which are alkane, benzeneseries and ketone.③In Quercus acutissima Carruth. forest, the VOCs good for health have thehigher concentration from15:00~17:00which are terpinenes, aldehyde, acid and ester, theVOCs bad for health have the highest concentration at11:00which are alkane, benzene seriesand ketone. On the basis of the study mentioned above and based on the air environment situationcomposed by the VOCs in the forestry, we put forward the recreation suggestion on the threeurban forest community in Hui Mountain according to the recreational habits of the residents.
