Our purpose was to reveal the relationgship betweenNDV and its host and some underlying pathopoiesis mechanism.This reseach make use of the2-D gel electrophoresis technology to explore differential expressedspots which showed different tendency beween the mock-infected and NDV-infected kidney tissue. Dueto the using of NCBI and UNIPROT SWISS/PROT database and some related documents,We foud thatthese protein are mainly associated with the cystoskeleton, stress reaction, glycometabolism, energymetabolism, apoptosis.the different level at mRNA level of these proteins(apolipoprotein AI,28-kDavitamin D-dependent calcium-binding protein, tubulin beta-7chain,78-kD glucose-regulated proteinprecursor, Annexin V, manganese-containing superoxide dismutase precursor) further validate their2-Dresults.
