| Thirty PIC sows,with similar parity and breeding time,were randomly divided into5groups.they werefed during pregnancy with3%,5%,7%,9%and11%of crude fiber on food, and made the intake of energy,protein, calcium, phosphorus and other basically the same by adjusting the amount fed each group.3%groupas the control group,this group is not add the other crude fiber.To study the effect of dietery fiber levels onreproduetive performanceã€reproductive hormones and the receptor mRNA expression of sows,for the rationaluse of crude fiber to provide a theoretical reference.The results showed that:1Animal Welfare Crude fiber diets on sow general behavior and avoidance behavior has a significanteffect,the most obvious effect of the crude fiber content for9%, eating time than the control group increasedby an average of33.49%,drinking time by an average of1.52%, reduce the average walking time of24.92%,non-food chewing behavior occurred at a time by an average of54.80%, act with the fence about the time byan average of15.68%, behavior of the dog to sit lower on37.45%.2Reproduetive Performance Different crude fiber effects on sow reproductive performance differencewas significant (P <0.05), of which9%crude fiber content was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), to improve reproductive performance works best,There was a downward trend when the crude fibercontent more than9%. In the pregnancy period,9%crude fiber content of backfat thickness and groupchanges in body condition was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05), and lower than all otherexperimental groups, The most significant outcome of the trial.The results showed that adding the suitableproportion of crude fiber to reduce the breeding sows thickness of the back label loss, reduced sow weightloss during lactation and increase sows’ litter size and weaned, and then reduced the wean-heat time andimproved reproductive performance.3Blood Biochemical Pparameters Improved the level of crude fiber in the diet can lower serumtriglyceride and total cholesterol levels, there were different degrees of change of sows blood biochemicalparameters between the each test group with the control group, When the level of9%was significantly betterthan the other experimental group (P <0.05), is the best add group.4Reproductive Hormones Improved the level of crude fiber in the diet can increased the number ofstages of progesterone and prolactin levels,when dietary crude fiber content of9%, the effect is mostsignificant,and dietary crude fiber levels in excess of9%, the experimental index were decreased.5Receptor mRNA Expression The ERmRNA expression of afterbirth tissue was the lowest to11%crude fiber group, The PRmRNA expression of afterbirth tissue was the highest to9%crude fiber group,andeach test group was significantly higher than the control group, The PRLRmRNA expression of afterbirthtissue was the highest to9%crude fiber group,and each test group was significantly higher than the controlgroup, Crude fiber in diets can reduce the expression of ERmRNA of afterbirth tissue, and improve theexpression of PRmRNA and PRLRmRNA of afterbirth tissue. |
