Surface irrigation methods include border irrigation, furrow irrigation, basin irrigation, flood irrigation, which advantages are simple operation, low cost management and disadvantages are low irrigation efficiency, large water loss during the irrigation process. At present, although more advanced saving-water irrigation technology, such as spray irrigation, infiltrating irrigation, drop irrigation, microi-spray irrigation, have been developed, it is difficult to be carried out in large area development for the reason of high basic construction investment and management cost as well as not esaily be mastered by farmers. So surface irrigation is still the most widely used irrigation methods nowadays, irrigation area adopted surface irrigation methods accounts for about90%of the total irrigation area in global and more than95%of irrigation area using surface irrigation methods in China. Facing supply and demand situation of water resources in our country and global, enhancing irrigation quality and effect of surface irrigation will become the research core of the water conservancy scholars at home and abroad. It is important to improve irrigation quality and effect of surface irrigation for the study on integration model of surface optimization irrigation technology parameters. The key of improving irrigation quality and effect of surface irrigation is confirming furrowed irrigation technology parameters reasonably. It is an intricate process to reasonably confirm furrowed irrigation technology parameters, including gain irrigation soil infiltration parameters accurately, simulating and controlling the process of irrigation and evaluating irrigation quality and effect. Now, the methods of getting reasonable irrigation technology parameters include test method and numerical simulation method. The method of test is simple for gaining irrigation technology parameters in theory, but it is time-consuming, poor portability for research results and little effect for decades. The method of numerical simulation can get irrigation technology parameters quickly and possess good portability. With the further evaluation and research on soil infiltration parameters, the simulation of irrigation process, irrigation quality and effect and development of computer technology, the method of using numerical simulation integration technology to obtain surface optimization irrigation technology parameters will become a main method.Based on soil water infiltration parameter prediction model, the surface irrigation water process simulation model and irrigation effect optimization model, regarding Houma City as research object, on the base of summing up predecessors research result, this paper has set up the integration model of optional irrigation technology parameters of surface irrigation. Taking normal soil physical parameters as a starting point, the three models above has been integrated by Visual Basic language and Fortran language, the integration model achieves the goal of simulating overall process of surface irrigation and outputting chart and table of optimization parameters visually. It also provides optional irrigation technology parameters for the test area with different disposition and infiltration capacity of soil. With good portability, the model can be widely applied to other districts.Based on the zero-inertia model and kinematic-wave model, the integration model achieves numerical simulation of water flow movement process of surface irrigation. The hydrodynamic model of surface water flow movement possess a better simulation precision but because its calculation is relatively complex and the disposal of borderline condition is comparatively difficulty, study on this model is a little deficient and further research is needed.
