AMF or rhizobium inoculation singly can improve plant growth situation and enhance the ability of resisting adversity stress.The ecological function of AMF and rhizobium has been confirmed on coal gangue matrix.Meanwhile,applying the amount of fertilizer is considered as an effective method for vegetation restoration in the coal wasting lands.But AMF or rhizobium inoculation singly can not give full paly to its ecological effection in the coal wasting lands adversity stress.Furthermore,the way applying right amount of fertilizer can solve the above problem.Although predecessors have done some researches on vegetation restoration of coal wasting lands,there are still few reports about effects of AMF and rhizobium inoculation on vegetation restoration of coal wasting lands at differents fertilizer levels. Therefor, the experiment selected the surface weathering material of the coast wasting lands in Beijing’s Mentougou district as test matrix.And the experiment researched the growth status and nutrient uptake of alfalfa under AMF and rhizobia inoculation at different N/P levels.The research is aimed at screening strains and constructing collaborative repair mode between plants and microbial strains.The experiment mainly obtained the following conclusions:(1)Different fertilizer levels influnced the growth condition of alfalfa planted in the coal gangue matrix.In general,N2(0.15g/kg)and P2(0.15g/kg) levels enhanced biomass of alfalfa, chlorophyll and photosynthetic index, significantly promoted the absorption of N/P elements, and also increased AMF and rhizobia infection.Morever, N1(0.05g/kg) and N3(0.3g/kg),P1(0.05g/kg) and P3(0.4g/kg) levels were not significant on the promoting function of alfalfa growth,and NO (Og/kg) and P0(0g/kg) levels had the worst effect on growth condition of alfalfa.(2)Different inoculation treatments influnced the growth condition of alfalfa planted in the coal gangue matrix.In general, AMF or rhizobia inoculation singly and dual inoculation enhanced the effect of AMF infection and nitrogen-fixing function of rhizoia,improved bi-omass of alfalfa, chlorophyll and photosynthetic index,and also promoted nutrient uptake. Furthermore,the dual inoculation treatments showed the important ecological effect.(3)The combined effects of different inoculation treatments and different fertilize levels influnced the growth condition of alfalfa planted in the coal gangue matrix.In general,dual inoculation in the N2(0.15g/kg)and P2(0.15g/kg) levels had the most significant effect in promoting the growth of alfalfa, and certain fertilization level promoted strains function.But the different fertilizer levels limited the effect of collaborative promoting of AMF and rhizobium, meantime the higher fertilizer levels restrained the effect of infection.
