Because of our orchards are mostly planted a small area of single-family way,common agricultural machinery hard to cross orchard,orchard management practices have to rely on manual methods,work efficiency is very low,directly affects the impact on fruit growth, yield,fruit quality and economic efficiency of farmers.As China’s change of apple cultivation model in recent years,some new type of orchard cultivation using low anvil close planting pattern,and conventional orchards Joe anvil type high density thinning to mention dry variant,provides for the development of mechanized orchard conditions.The topic for the mechanical status and needs of orchard operations,through the development of domestic and international multi-orchard operating machinery survey analysis,combined with horticultural technology,research and design specifically for supporting fruit trees pruning,plant protection,fruit picking,transportation and other multi-purpose orchard operating platform. Main work done by this paper include:(1) According to fruit growing and gardening requirements model to determine the overall multi-platform orchard design parameters,according to the mechanical operating environment, using a crawler running gear,in the analysis of crawler-type running gear and scissor lift work platform based on the principle,kinematics and dynamics determined by the total power consumption of the basic parameters.(2) In determining the basic parameters of multi-platform orchard on the basis of its main components for the design or selection, including walking crawler chassis,scissor-type lifting mechanism,HST,etc. And focus on the cut line of the fork-lift body design to determine the hydraulic cylinder force and the relationship between parameters and calculated check to ensure that the work platform of stability and security.(3) The use of Pro / E software to create a multi-platform orchard 3D parametric feature model,through embedded in the Pro/E Mechanism module scissors lifting mechanism analysis and motion simulation model for interference testing,the hydraulic cylinder by analysis results and the installation of the hydraulic cylinder size,stroke and compared the results verify the correctness of the calculation is derived to ensure that agencies meet the design requirements,improve security,and save material.Orchard on the multi-platform components for the three-dimensional design,and conduct interference analysis of the assembly to complete assembly drawings.(4) Optimization analysis related parts to complete the processing of the prototype trial. And multi-platform experiment orchard,including the height, lift stability,speed and ability to cross barriers,evaluation results to meet the horticultural requirements,can significantly reduce the amount of labor.
