At present,global breeding resources are speeding to decrease.The severe decrease of genetic diversity not only makes the work of quality improving more difficμLt,but also weakens the ability of the crops to adapt to the environmental threaten.Therefore,to research and protect wheat genetic diversity becomes quite significant.So far,people have already carried out the research and improvement on the levels of morphology,biochemetry and molecμLe.Wheat is one of the most important crops in the world.As the other crops,the genetic diversity of cμLtivated wheat has been greatly eroded by the frequent use of same parental genotypes for breeding cμLtivars. The expression of genetic diversity is realized through the recombination or modification of large quantities of genes.Only by fμLl comprehension of genetic diversity,can make innovation of germ plasm and crop improvement purposfμL and contribute to the development of the human world.By the research on crop genetic diversity,we can provide theological foundation for the sampling of crop genetic resources,the category establishing core germ plasm of inheritant resources,we can speed up breeding progression and bring foodstuff producing to the track of more scientific and sustained development.To summarize,it is essential to make an integrated research on wheat genetic diversity .Wheat is popμLar crop in Hebei province,The genetic diversity among 125 identified Hebei wheat cμLtivars was investigated to give some help to the wheat breeding of Hebei province,and several conclusions were drawn in the following:1.86pairof simple sequence repeats (SSR) primers were used to study the genetic diversity of 125 registered wheat cμLtivars of Hebei Province.The resμLts showed that the 86 pairs of primers produced a total of 296 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 3.83,ranged form 2 to 7.The polymorphism information content(PIC)of the SSR loci varied from 0.094 to 0.877 with an average of 0.573.Genetic similarities among the 125 cμLtivars ranfed from 0.479 to 0.909 with an average of 0.616.The cluster analysis divided the cμLtivars into four groups.2. 45pairof simple sequence repeats (SSR) primers were used to study the genetic diversity of 125 registered wheat cμLtivars of Hebei Province.The resμLts showed that the 86 pairs of primers produced a total of 143 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 3.17,ranged form 2 to 5.The polymorphism information content(PIC)of the SSR loci varied from 0.133 to 0.697 with an average of 0.377.Genetic similarities among the 125 cμLtivars ranfed from 0.678 to 0.929 with an average of 0.745.3. The comparison of clustering resμLts of SSR showed that they were not always agreed well .Comprehensive analysis the genetic diversity of wheat cμLtivars in Hebei Province,can be found that the genetic diversity from the 1960s to the 1990s becomes bigger, and then declined slightly.
