Chongming is a national or wordwide ecological island.lt is a model and leader of ecological island following the development of Shanghai Pudong. Seashore saline-alkali soil amelioration is an important problem in the process of ecological development.Ecological and sustainable improvement become the focus of the study.The study abandon chemical modifier using gravel paving(A),organic fertilizer(B) and crushed straw(C).They are based on the cross design to explore the capability improvement of green carbon sequestration.1.Effects of soil after saline-alkali soil ameliorationThe dynamic effects of soil physical and chemical properties after the saline-alkali soil amelioration show that:The soil bulk density, soil EC value, soil total nitrogen and available nitrogen increased, and then decreased; Trend of soil available phosphorus slowly declined after the slow growth; Available potassium gradually decreased. Overall evaluation of the effect soil physical and chemical properties show that the impact of three factors are arranged as B> C> A.Paying4cm, organic fertilizer20kg, crushed straw3kg is the best solution.Soil organic carbon is influenced by saline-alkali soil amelioration. The effect on soil organic carbon of three factors arrange as B>C>A. Treat of paying4cm, organic fertilizer20kg, crushed straw3kg has the highest soil organic carbon,increased by33.6%than control,the largest exogenous organic carbon,it is3706.58g and the soil organic carbon pool are obviously improved,it is3608.17g.2. Effects of plant after saline-alkali soil ameliorationOrganic manure and crushed straw was applied20kg and3kg, Gardenia jasminoides’prostrata’,Hedera nepalensis var.sinensis,Setcreasea purpurea and Oxalis corymbosa excellently grow. Organic fertilizer choose20kg,4kinds of plant biomass obviously increased.The other two factors had no significant effect.They can be applied as appropriate.Three factors effect four plant photosynthetic rate.They arrange as A> B> C.Gravel laying4cm, organic fertilizer20kg conducively increase photosynthetic rate of G. jasminoides’prostrata’Jf. nepalensis var.sinensis and O. corymbosa. S. purpurea has no obvious difference.The light response curves and several parameters of photosynthesis were measured after the treatments. With soil salinity increased, the physiological parameters for S. purpurea rised gradually and hardly showed the physiological inadaptability. Except for light saturation points, other parameters for H. nepalensis var.sinensis had reduction, especially light compensation point and dark respiration rate. The comprehensive evaluation of the main indicators of soil and plant analyze by principal component.The result of the composite score show the laying of gravel4cm, organic fertilizer20kg, crushed straw2kg and gravel laying0cm, organic fertilizer20kg, crushed straw3kg have higher composite score.They are2.365and2.596. Variance analysis of composite score showed that the performance of the three factors on the composite score is B> A> C.Gravel laying4cm, organic fertilizer20kg, crushed straw3kg is the best performer on effects of soil and plant after saline-alkali improvement.
