This test is designed to the tocolysis effect and mechanism of protective effect of traditional Chinese medicine on animal noise stress induced abortion. In this paper, two-part experiment to explore the the tocolysis effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on animal noise stress induced abortion.First, the noise-induced mouse abortion model. Pregnant mice were randomly divided into six groups. A group of mice conventional breeding, the blank control group; B, C, D, E and F mice pregnant 3d day, each group, respectively, with 120 dB (The Decibel, dB), 100 dB, 80 dB, 60 dB and 40 dB noise stimulus 5h, for 7 days. Each group of test mice sacrificed in pregnancy 10d recorded embryo development, embryo implantation number and number of dead embryos, and calculate the test groups, the abortion rate, embryo resorption rate. The results showed that the mice in each group due to noise can cause abortion. Group A, the abortion rate was 0.0% embryo resorption rate of 5.49%; group B, 120dB cause the vast majority of pregnant mice abortion, pregnancy, autopsy, no fetus within the uterus, unable to calculate the number of stillbirths; group C, 100dB embryo resorption rate of 92.77%, the first 10d of pregnancy the hepar 100% of the pregnant mice abortion. III, IV, groupⅤdifference was not significant (p> 0.05) and groupⅥsignificant difference (p <0.05).Chinese medicine mice uterine tissue homogenates of IL-2 and IFN-γ, the content of NOS activity is higher than the normal control group and lower than the noise model group.GroupⅢ(Shichangpu decoction) and groupⅤ(Scutellaria + Atractylodes) mouse uterine tissue homogenates of IL-2 was significantly higher than theⅠnormal control group (p <0.05) and below II model group (p <0.05 ) between the two groups compared to no significant difference (p> 0.05).Ⅳgroup (quercetin + bornyl acetate liquid) than in groupⅠ(normal control group), the difference was extremely significant (p <0.01) and slightly lower than the model groupⅡ, no significant difference (p> 0.05), andⅢandⅤgroup significant difference (p <0.05) and the theⅥdifference highly significant (p <0.01). GroupⅥ(self TCM group) slightly higher than theⅠnormal control group, compared with no significant difference (p> 0.05), and lower than the model II group differences highly significant (p <0.01). The same of IL-4, IL-10 in mouse uterine tissue homogenates content is lower than the normal control group and higher than the noise model group. TCD groups were significant differences (p <0.05).Conclusion: This study in mice induced abortion with noise, the decibel increase, the mice of the abortion rate and embryonic loss rate was gradually increased so that most of abortion, embryo resorption rate in mice, abortion mice body of Th1 / Th2 balance biased Th1-type response, resulting in immune rejection of mouse embryos induced absorption, the role of abortion, pregnancy failure caused by the production of common endocrine disorders, immune disorders, it is a good experimental model. Gramineus decoction, quercetin + bornyl acetate liquid skullcap + Atractylodes and TCD rate of abortion, embryo resorption rate in the control group, noise-induced abortion miscarriage.
