Study On The Livable Eco-greening Construction Of Tangshan Urban Areas

With the urbanization is accelerating and the environmental problems intensifying, urban greening as an important means to improve the urban ecological environment has become one content of the modern urban construction. Tangshan is an important resource-based and industrial city of Hebei Province and even our country, the study on eco-green construction is in favor of the green eco-efficiency and can promote the overall urban environment to develop much healthier and more sustainable, it has important practical guidance to eco-city construction of Tangshan.In this study, through field surveys and statistical analysis, based on the status quo of Tangshan urban areas, use urban ecology, sustainable development, landscape ecology, urban ecology planning such theories and methods, the study on eco-greening of Tangshan City has follow aspects:First, through green index, green plants and in terms of green construction effectiveness and analysis and evaluation from ecological conditions of Tangshan, it put forward the overall goal that Tangshan aim to create a national "ecological city" and the stage goal.Second, in this paper, based on the analysis of Tangshan ecological function zoning, landscape pattern dynamics, economic and social development, natural geography, it gave the planning zones on the the Tangshan eco- green, Fist level partitions include: the main city of Tangshan , Caofeidian, county-level city areas. The second partitions of the main city of Tangshan include the central city green builting and three urban forest construction area. The second partitions of Caofeidian include the productive industrial area and service-oriented industrial area. The second partitions of county-level cities include Zunhua,Qianan and Qianxi counties’mountain county-level areas’green construction, Yutian Luan and Luannan counties’plain county-level areas’green construction, Laoting county’coastal county-level area’green construction.Third, on the basis of the planning zones, it proposed focuses of green construction and its’major content of construction per district.The green layout planning of Green construction area in center city aimed to reflect local characteristics, emphasize both quality and quantity, focus on green index’improvement and the recovery of plant communities, "Two Rivers" aquatic ecological restoration green area stress on cutting pollution, dredging, river slope remediation, the transformation of ecological restoration of the surrounding environment means remediation to carry out the water environment improvement work along the landscape planning and design, and built a multi-level, a full range of eco-green system. "10 Corridor" focus on the choice of species and plant configuration. "12 node" green building focus on highway and urban highway interoperability greening. "Three" urban forest construction area, the planning and design of northern ecological protection area focus on strengthening the construction of protection forest, in the eastern ecological restoration area, it focus on the construction of ecological garden in eastern, southern scenic area focus on spaces which can provide a recreation and leisure, culture and entertainment outdoor green activities.Caofeidian productive industrial area stress on the surrounding ecological environment improvement, strengthen management and protection measures such as greening. Caofeidian service-oriented industrial area stress on the use of waterfront space and create a hydrophilic space.The mountain county-level areas’green construction focus on the construction of ecological protection forest; the plain county-level areas’green construction focus on solving the problem of the shortage of land for the construction of ecological environment; the coastal county-level area’green construction focus on tide disaster in ecological protection and improvement of saline-alkali soil.The Information collected in this paper is not comprehensive and research time is not enough, analysis of the green indicators of Tangshan is inadequate, urban greening ecological patterns to determine has certain ambiguity, it’s need for long follow-up survey and analysis to further improve the relateed results.
