| With the increasing of Lycium barbarum demand, the planting areas for Lyciumbarbarum has been extended from Ningxia to Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Xinjiang andGansu. But the yield and quality of Lycium barbarum in Gansu were limited by lack ofthe cultivation techniques and heterogeneous breed and variety. In order to find the bestseeding technique to ensure the supply of seedlings, this test used the field experimentand laboratory simulation experiment to determine the influence of growth potential andchlorophyll content on hardwood cutting of Lycium barbarum. Then labeled44Lyciumbarbarum plant strains with good quality characters, measured the growth potential andchlorophyll content to lay the foundation for new strains of Lycium barbarum. The mainresults include:1. The covered treatments have a significant effect on the germination rate andseeding rate of Lycium barbarum plant strains, plastic film covering, straw covering,plastic film and small plastic tent covering are better than uncovered control for cuttings;different coveragements have a promotion on plant height and stem diameter, althoughdifferent month have different changes, plastic film and small plastic tent covering havethe best effect on hardwood cutting in Lycium barbarum, plastic film covering andstraw covering are both better than uncovered control to cuttings.2. The chlorophyll a, b,(a+b) and chlorophyll (a/b) of leaves have apparentdifferent response for different coveragements. Among all kinds of tests, plastic filmand small plastic tent covering was the highest, each index tend to "low-high-low" trendexcept chlorophyll b decrease with the growth of the extension of time.3.Comparing with the uncovered control, the root diameter of Lycium barbarumincreased11.40%,10.00%and3.80%used plastic film and small plastic tent covering,plastic film covering, straw covering separately; the root length of two formersincreased41.21%and20.16%.4.The transplanting seedling survival rate are83.3%,76.7%,73.3%,73.3%withplastic film covering, plastic film and small plastic tent, straw covering, uncoveredcontrol respectively. Compared with uncovered control, the transplanting seedling with plant height plastic film and small plastic tent covering, plastic film covering, strawcovering increased22.90%,5.57%and12.76%respectively; the two formers stemdiameter increased11.64%and6.87%separately.5.The germination rate and seeding rate of44Lycium barbarum strains which wasmarked on hardwood cutting have a significant difference, and according to experimentresult,22strains were eliminated. In the rest of the22strains, plant height, stemdiameter, root diameter, root length and chlorophyll content have significant difference,the difference of transplant seedling survival rate, plant height and stem diameterincreased in the next year. Through systematic analysis and sorting,2009-13,2009-6,2009-2,2009-1and2009-17can be the key to cultivate new varieties further finally. |
